This was the easiest and best experience I have ever had with a contractor. I called the shop and didnt get and answer, but there was a cell number to call for immediate assistance. I usually hate calling those because everyone thinks they have an emergency when they really dont, but my basement had water leaking into it so I called the cell number. The man sounded busy (I like that. I dont want the guy I call to never have business or experience), but he asked me if I text AND IT ONLY GOT BETTER FROM THERE. He asked me to text my name, address, and phone number to him. In a while he asked for pictures and we ended up setting up a time for my job to be done the following day. I was so glad I didnt have to listen to a rundown of the 40 million things that could be wrong and what he would do to fix them. Im sure if I wanted to talk he would have, but for me this was great. Once the appointment was set I got texts with pictures of who was coming to do my job, contact info for them, and the job time and approximate length. I also got a notification when the person was enroute to my home. This couldnt have been a better experience. He was prompt, there was no bs involved, everything was text or email, and the people who showed up did the job and left. EASY. EASY. EASY. I knew what I needed when I first called and was pleasantly surprised that I did not have to meet with a condescending contractor who needed to determine what was going on for himself so that he could nickel and dime me because I must not know what Im talking about. I did not have to pay mileage, diagnostic fees, or any other nonsense since I had asked for what I wanted right from the start. Granted its on me if thats not whats wrong, but I am very happy that I was able to call someone, tell them what I wanted, and have them come do it without them trying to school me on life. Believe me Ill ask questions (and you should too) if I have them! We have been through building a home and doing much of it ourselves. We certainly dont know everything, but we do know a lot and most of the time we are having someone fix something because we dont have the time or we dont want to, but not because we dont know what were doing. Sorry Tim but I am having a very bad day!!!I am grateful that you answered your phone on Sunday telling my husband you would be here late Monday morning to fix our furnace.At noon Monday you told him you were still at your first call but assured him you would still be here.At 6:00pm you at least had the courtesy to answer your phone and apologize for being a no show but assured him that you would be here mid morning today.Hmmm it’s past noon....No show!!!!!I asked my husband if you understood that we have NO HEAT!!! Who on earth let’s someone sit without heat!!!!Next time be honest and if you can, refer the customer to someone else!!!If I could I would rate you below ZERO!!Very UNPROFESSIONAL

Very professional. 2 young men installed our water heater in about 1& 1/2 hrs. Cleaned up any dirt & rust from old one😊would recommend. Answered message my boyfriend left right away, last wk inquiring about cost & when they could do it. Price more reasonable than a few other places.

On Friday, February 12 We woke up at 5 AM to find out that our heat pump stopped working. We called Tim Lebo and by 12 noon our problem was resolved, thank goodness with this cold weather we were saved. Prompt, dependable, not a speck of dust left behind, and excellent work! We will always use Lebo‘s plumbing for all of our heating air-conditioning and plumbing issues.

We had an emergency situation where we could not get our hot water to come out of the tub...meaning no one could shower. We called both numbers and also received a text saying I cant answer right now...now we are on day 2 and no call back. We wanted to uses them because we seen they serviced the hot water heater in our house...real bummer it would have been nice to go with them. My husband also left a very detailed message about what was going on... We ended up calling Jones Plumbing.(We called shop and cellphone number)

Tim has always made time to check out my situation the same day I call even though he is very busy because he is extremely good. He has always fixed my problem timely and friendly and fair. He really knows his craft.

Lebos Plumbing has never let us down. Our AC stopped working on Saturday. We called & Tim showed up half hr later but our AC system is not a common one. He figured out the problem but was not able to get the part until Monday. However, he found a work around just so we can have cool air and survive through the weekend. Today, he showed up with the part and we now have AC again. This is the 2nd time our AC stop working on the hottest day but its a different home. He has never let us down; always responsive and prompt with his schedule. I would recommend him for all HVAC work. Lebos plumbing guarantees their work and we have not had to call them back to re-fix anything.

I had a great first-time experience with Lebos when they installed a new vanity and toilet in my powder room. After a couple of phone calls to other plumbers who never got back to me after more than 2 weeks, I was pleasantly surprised to have Tim Lebo answer my phone call without me even having to leave a message. He gave me a not-to-exceed estimate over the phone and several tips about what to look for when buying the vanity and toilet. The two young men who did the install were on-time, respectful, informative, and did a thorough job. The total bill was less than the estimate Tim had given me. Im definitely planning to be a repeat customer when we do larger remodels on our other two bathrooms.

Tim and his crew showed up on time and installed my new Bryant heat pump system which replaced the 17 year old system that was installed by Lebos in 2003. Replaced this new system after careful consideration and conversations with Tim Lebo . I respect his professional opinion after the many years of excellent performance from the previous Bryant unit. Highly recommend Lebos, Tim and his crew are the best! Honest and reliable. Being a single woman and new to PA I have been unfortunately been taken advantage of by another plumbing contractor several months back. When it was time to replace my boiler I contacted a HVAC company referred to me by my home warranty. They came out for the 75 dollar fee and gave me their price, when I questioned it he told me I dont do that many boilers so I just threw a number at it!! Really?? Lucky for me I found Tim, He came to look at what I needed, did not charge me a dime and also looked at my A/C at no charge. His price to replace and install a new boiler was 4 thousand less than the first guy!! Obviously almost got ripped off again!! Thank You Tim for being a Stand Up guy!!

Tim has gone out of his way to help every time I have needed him! He has even walked me thru measures to take in a situation that occurred after business hours until he could arrive. His office manager is wonderful and very helpful! Cody, one of his technicians recently repaired our air conditioning system. He was wonderful as well! He was so knowledgeable and very courteous! I will never call anyone else! So glad a friend referred me! I recommend Lebos to everyone I know!

Last Wednesday, my wife’s mom passed suddenly without any warning. We came back to our new home in Boiling Springs and the heat wasn’t working. I wanted to pass along an incident I experienced with someone who identify themselves as the owner of this establishment. I was in a store the other day and this man came in yelling at one of the representatives because he refused to identify himself or give him whatever information the rep needed to access the account. I know the man was wearing a Lebo HVAC shirt and didnt know if he was the owner or not. But maybe the owner should know how he conducts himself in public because it wasnt good. when I was leaving the store he was yelling at the representative and the manager in that location. Im not quite sure what the incident was but anyone who drives around your trucks and represents your company should probably conduct themselves better in public.*updated, this wasnt hacked. I was in the store when he was acting a fool and I wanted to pass along what I witnessed. I thought it was an employee, I had no idea that it was the owner. I guess I should mind my business but people should realize that when your out in public, your actions represent what people think of you.

Its pretty amazing that you can be in business for many years and 99 percent of existing customers and many new customers have supported the business and somebody hacks into our reviews and posts something with out knowing us. Now I know how people feel about identity theft and fraud.

Did an estimate for the house we were purchasing. Got the estimate and now he doesn’t answer his phone and doesn’t return messages. I have called, my wife has called, and the realtor that hooked us up has called, but all of us have been ignored for on all of our messages for the last four weeks.All we wanted was for him to schedule the work he did the estimate for.

Our heater went out in the worst of winter so we called Lebos and asked for a quote to fix it. 2 young men came, looked at the system and said they would get back with me.I emphasized to them that this was our main heater and it was an emergency situation so we would like to get it fixed as quickly as possible. A week went by, no call back. Two weeks, a month, nothing. I called their office several times and they consistently said hes still working on a bunch of quotes.Moral of the story, if youre in a jam and need prompt attention, dont call these guys!

We scheduled an appointment with Lebos and the plumber no-called no-showed. My husband had to take a PTO day to be home for this appointment, which was basically wasted. We both tried calling the plumber multiple times throughout the day. They never answered and have never bothered returning our calls or even apologizing for missing their appointment with us. Im beyond angry.

When we first purchased our unit they got the job done !! outstanding job !! the same with our rental unit !! He came out to fix the unit that stopped working !! fixed the problem but he was coming back to replace the fan and put a switch back on that he took off and we contacted him several times and each time he is coming back to fix this and we havent seen him yet !!
