We came to Pixel and Hammer with the hope of creating a new more dynamic Web presence for our Cambia by NFP thermally modified wood company, and our expectations were exceeded. Our new site does an amazing job of showing off the beautiful homes and buildings adorned with our wood and the excellent journal page keeps the content fresh. I met with Erin at Pixel and Hammer for a brainstorming session in March 2016. I thought the meeting was awesome, Erin seemed interested and responsive. At the end of the meeting she informed me that Pixel and Hammer would be in touch after doing some research, getting some ideas together, etc.Two weeks later, I still hadnt heard anything from them. I emailed Erin at the email we had been communicating through before to ask if any more information was needed on my part because I was interested in moving forward - no response.As I research other web designers, I sent one final email to Emily Bear last week to ask if there was something I had missed, some reason why the communication had been cut off so abruptly. I have not received a response.I was so disappointed as I truly felt that their style and expertise would have really been what I needed to move my small business forward. But I cant explain why I was totally ignored by this company after our initial meeting.

I was the chairman of the board of directors for Summerfair 38, a week long celebration in Carlisle celebrating the 4th of July. For 37 of those years, we had really lackluster brochures.....until this year when we had the brochures and posters designed and produced by Pixel & Hammer. The finished product was eye-catching, easy to read and colorful. From the design phase to the end result, working with Pixel & Hammer was seamless.
