One of the best places Ive lived thus far!!! Mary Ann & Ken are responsive, caring, understanding, and friendly. They are ppl not landlords. Their door is always open and they have a great staff. I have nothing but good things to say about them!

Mary Ann was the best landlord Ive had. The maintenance guys are awesome. The lawn gets mowed and well kept. She was quick to fix any issue Ive had. Fantastic pricing. I really loved my trailer there.

I had the pleasure of leasing from Meadowbrook Estates and the landlords were very helpful and friendly. Any problems I had with my unit was taken care of immediately, without hesitation. Meadowbrook Estates is highly recommended by me for any of your living arrangement needs!

Affordable mobile home rentals. The units they rent are clean and newer homes than other parks in the area and often cheaper to rent.
