Its a good place if you have an expensive phone! if you dont have an expensive phone youre out of luck, and you might as well just buy something new. you could probably find your screen for your phone, online for 20 something dollars, but with their service fees its going to end up being that times 5 or 6. I dont know why because it doesnt take them more than a 15-30 minute time frame

Employee was honest and upfront that the parts and labor would be more than the cost of the item needing repaired.Very professional and very polite.Hopefully, Ill never need their services, but if/when I do for something else, I would go here first.

I was able to book an appointment quickly and easily on their website. The employees are kind, knowledgeable, and do everything they can to help out their customers. My laptop was fixed within 2-3 hours which was amazing. I highly recommend this business for any of your electronic repair needs!

I had a pleasant experience at UBREAKIFIX. My phone shut down Saturday night and I took it to be repaired Sunday. I chose the Carbondale office. The service was exceptional. The gentleman explained the problem with my phone, and worked me in . I was given a pic up time, and was in and out within 10 minutes. I definately recommend UBREAKIFIX to anyone .Thanks again !!

They told me that I have to replace the housing for my phone in order to replace the screen. This is not a professional move from them so I dwent to another place and did it without replacing the housing.

Walk-ins welcome IF you happen to fit into their schedule, which you have no way of knowing. Otherwise, they wont hold your phone, you have to set up an appointment and come back to drop it off. Kind of a pointless system. Would be nice if they just advertised that it is appointment only.

This is unique place to have your electronic items fixed they work on cell phones radios and various other thing a lot of the stuff that you cant get work done anywhere else to very unique place its Erica Mall Grand Avenue Mall is one of the businesses in there sometime go by and just check them out I think youd like it specially if you ever have need for radios and things of that nature sometimes its the older and electronic equipment that they work on but I would suggest you go in and see him tell him that somebody had to business there and enjoyed your company.

The battery in my cell phone needed to be replaced and this business was recommended to me by Verizon. I use my phone for work, and I was so worried about it not being available. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, the gentleman helped me out and got my phone up and running in no time. What a relief! There have been a couple of occasions since then when I’ve had problems and they have helped me, and I feel they go above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them for their expertise and reasonable prices and willingness to help. Very pleasant young men.

Website says they fix apple airpods. I walk in and they said they dont do anything with airpods.

I have gotten the screen to my phone fixed, my PS4 cleaned due to the place I bought it from wasnt real clean and they cleaned it. Then my goddaughter messed my phone up by turning on something that made my phone not workable. They fixed it within 10 minutes for me. Please give them a try when you need an electronic fixed. They are the best.

I stopped by yesterday because my phone hadn’t been connecting to the charger properly. They unclogged it, cleaned it out good as new! Highly recommend them. Next time my phone breaks I’ll be heading back!

I have two phones touch screen replaced here. The glass are not in good quality, very fragile, and got broken just a few weeks later.Also, the screen is draining my battery, jumping when typing. Not satisfactory.Anyway, this is the only phone repair shop around this area.

A few weeks ago I brought my phone in to fix a broken screen. The service was quick, friendly and my phone looks like new. Today I brought it in as my charger port was Working correctly. It was fixed in no time and they showed me how to handle it myself in the future. Great service!

We took our broken phone (screen only) to them at 3:45 pm, and picked it right back up at 4:30pm! They are quick and very affordable! I 10/10 would recommend you getting your phone fixed here.

I thought my phone was a goner for sitting in the thunderstorm for 3 hours but they fixed it for only 30$! Good price and amazing service.

They were very nice and kind. However, they called to tell us it would be done at 7:00 p.m. and we said we would be there the next morning since they closed at 7:00 p.m.. I showed up the next morning and my phone was still in a thousand pieces, their words not mine. I had to wait another 3 hours to get my phone. I had two 3-year-olds in the car who were not happy. Thank goodness there was a sweet employee that at least told me a place my kids could play. If it had not been for him, I would have been so angry I would have spit nails. Dont call a customer and tell him or her their phone is done if it is not! And on top of that, they didnt even have the screen protector that I had always had ( and told them ahead of time I wanted). I then had to drive to Carbondale, completely out of my way to get one. An extremely frustrating day. I know everyone has a bad one but this day made me want to pull all my hair out. If the phone doesnt work well, I will lose it. I hope everyone elses day comes out a little bit better. At least the employees were kind. The kid at the front was not very knowledgeable but he was new. He gets a thumbs up for an extreme effort and extra kindness. He gave it his all and he deserves kudos for that. Everyone has a learning curve and he was all about giving it everything he had. Very impressed with that young man.

I absolutely love this store! They have fix numerous electronic items for my household and different family members of mine, and positive experiences each and every time. Things that we have thought where not able to be fixed, they made it happen, and at a reasonable price. Just last week I attempted to clean my kids PS4 at home looking at a YouTube video. Needless to say I botched up the job, I lost screws and it wouldnt even come on, and the case was in pieces, when I took it in to them. Not only did they finish what I started, but they replaced they screws that I lost, and all for just $40! I would rec. to anyone with electronics that need fixing to take them there. Hands Down!

So I was having problems charging my iPhone 7 and I brought it into this store to have it fixed. The guy behind the counter took my phone, looked inside of the charge port, and with his specialty pliers pulled out what looked to be a small rodent worth of lint. He then plugged it into his charger and it worked just fine. The guy smiled at me handed me back my phone, told me to have a nice day and that he was glad he could help. He did not charge me anything.This place seems very honest and trustworthy and I would recommend them to anyone.

These people are amazing! They have now rescued my iPhone 6s twice. The first time I went was for a shattered screen. They replaced it & then a couple days later it started tweaking out. Once again they replaced it (this time for free of course) acknowledging that every once in a while they get a faulty screen. More recently I had some water damage & they fixed that right up. Very intelligent & reasonably priced. Anthony is extremely awesome, but everyone there is very genuine, attentive & not trying to sell you anything that you dont need...& if they replace your screen and it doesnt fix the problem you dont have to pay. What do you have to lose?
