Just closed my second loan through All Cal. Fun story - I tried one of the new all-online-type mortgage companies first for my cash out refi. The new loan was going to cost me $1k a month more in expenses. And this online-only company told me I needed to show $15k a month more in income to qualify for the loan. It was insane. And what really bugged me was they came to this conclusion AFTER they had the property appraised at a $600 cost to me.So I went to All Cal. Jim and team got me set up, approved in a matter of days and here I am a month or so later with a big chunk of change in my checking account and a killer new 30 year rate.It was my fault for not going straight to All Cal to begin with. A mistake I won’t make again.
