Clean, with huge machines for reasonable prices, its the only laundry joint north of Watsonville in Santa Cruz County open until midnight.I cant stress the clean part enough. They always have two staff members on duty constantly cleaning, and very helpful. All of their washing machines have a large selection that takes debit and credit cards, a huge plus. Unfortunately, none of their dryers do, but heck, it rarely takes more than 4 quarters to dry huge loads anyhow, and they are glad to give change and/or break bills big as 100 down to whatever you need.Not much personality, but outstanding laundry business model.Did I mention how clean they are?

The only laundry mat in Santa Cruz that stays open after 8:30pm. They are open til midnight most days. Thats worth 5 stars from me.

Clean,newer machines some of you can use a credit or debit card. Its the only place I go to. Its convenient and staff is friendly.

This is the cleanest wash and dry place there is here in capitola come and try their you know the dryers are there the machines theyre excellent clean inside out and outside in once Im up five thumbs up

Very clean. There are workers on duty so if you have a problem they can help you right away. That are also very nice. Some patrons are not so nice and leave messes for them to clean up instead of cleaning up after themselves. I drive 20 minutes out of my way to do my laundry here.

Its got all the vending machines stocked, and the change machines all work. Plus open late, best laundry around by far

Great clean, well maintained facility, main reason for this review is that I showed up at 7:00 today 7/11 to do my laundry on my day off and no one was here to open the store, not a big deal but now it’s 10:30 and still no one ! Just looks terrible for a new company not to at least have the owner leave a note or anything for the loyal customers .

By far my favorite laundromat in the area! Always clean, new-ish equipment, Apple Pay available on a bunch of the washers (although the dryers require quarters), and free drying on Thursday mornings!

This is THE cleanest laundromat Ive ever been to. Theres staff there if you need help/have questions. They have a variety of machines with different # of loads listed so you can get a larger machine to wash bedding. All around a great laundromat.

Actually the coolest laundry mat Ive every been to in my life! Its huge! Tons of washers and dryers! They have vending machines with sodas and laundry soap!

The best thing about this location is that theyre open late. 12am at this time. Always clean, but sometimes crowded. Not that cheap, but at least some of their machines accept debit cards. Its next to a Mexican restaurant in case you want some tacos while you wash. Its my second favorite laundromat after the westside Santa Cruz one on Mission street.

Clean & modern with many washers and dryers to choose from. Some machines accept credit cards which is a huge bonus that you don’t have to carry cash turn it into coins.

Clean place, good machines...the dryers do not take credit or drbit cards. My wash comes out better than the one I had at home. Mexican food, ice cream and CVS while you wait.

**** STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS DO NOT USE*******I had a very long review written out but it was too long to post it so I have to make it short.I have notified all of my friends and family who use this business regularly to stay away, and I recommend for everyone else to do the same.I took my new suit in to be dry cleaned and they lost the pants. The business made no effort to contact me for several weeks, despite my many attempts to get in touch with them. I eventually got in touch with the business owner after 3 weeks and she told me she would replace my suit with a like quality suit. She flipped her story and eventually said her business could not absorb the cost of an 800$ suit .... That is not my fault, you lost my pants and ruined my new suit. This saga went on for almost a month (December 10- January 9, 2017/18)... I did not want anything special I literally just wanted them to replace the suit they lost, with a like quality suit. The owner of the business refused and was talking about going to court... Eventually they somehow found my pants after 30 days, so luckily I was able to get them back, but it became pretty obvious that if my pants had not been found, that I was not going to end up having the suit replaced with anything near the designer suit that they lost to begin with. At one point they were trying to replace it with a pair of pants that did not even come close to matching the jacket of my nested suit..There was no offer of compensation of any kind after a month of agony for me. This business clearly does not care about their customers, and if they can not afford the cost of losing something, they should not be in business dealing with expensive clothing. This was a terrible experience, I do believe it is a con, and they have lost thousands of dollars of business between my family and everyone I know.STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!I will also post a review on yelp, Facebook, etc...

Clean. They take such pride in keeping everything so clean. Free drying on Thursdays before 1pm.

This is actually my first time ever visiting here its so cool to have attendants there they are huge washing machines and they have even bigger ones they have even bigger ones they have vending machine with food candy and items like soap Etc pretty cool place

Came in around 10 to do my laundry, there is an attendant working that doesnt seem to care that homeless are in here sleeping. This does not give me a safe feeling while being in here!

It was 10:30 pm I wanted to wash some clothes and an employee came up to me and told me that it was too late to wash . Online it says they close at 12 Am so that was frustrating.

If you want your clothes to be well washed and without mistreating, here the machines are good and for the price you pay they give you more time to wash, that is savings

They should clean a little better, I always find dog hair, or at least they should assign some specific washing machines to wash animal things I am allergic to cat and dog hair, a little control over that would do this place well, always I have to clean the washing machines myself
