Avoid!!! This place will Rip you off. They will probably be out of business soon. Misrepresent products, Dont discuss pertinent info that you HAVE to sign the contract for; totally untrustworthy. Many other stores to do business with.

One of the worst stores to get a new phone or upgrade. The only answer they always have is call customer service. Even to add a trade-in promo I have to visit the store 5 plus time by keeping customer care on hold.

Do NOT get your phones here....they are HORRIBLE! They sold me a bad device and refused to exchange it or refund. It went bad after 4 days and they have a 14 day warranty. I have been on the phone for 4+ hrs trying to get a functioning phone!Update....after 5 (+) days I still have no resolution and had to reactivate my older phone. I can not stress enough to avoid this shop!

The salesman working today, Zach, was not wearing a mask even though there were up to 6 costumers in the small store at one time. His costumers were better at following city guidelines for safety then he was. We had to ask him to put on his mask. He did but said it ‘was hard to breathe’ with it on. I get that, but it doesn’t matter. He is putting any customer who walks into that store at risk because he isn’t being safe. Once we left, we came back an hour later and saw he had taken the mask back off. He seems like a nice person but he needs to be following safety precautions if he’s going to work with people. He’s not considering community health or safety. Please make sure your employees are wearing masks and keeping 6ft apart. He could be spreading covid to others.

I have never before felt inclined to write a review on a store. Yesterday, I was so taken back by how I was treated by one of the employees at this store. I think his name was Josh. My assumption is that they get paid commission off of the accessories at the store because this was absolutely ridiculous what he was trying to add onto my bill. First of all, Josh was wearing airpods and I could not tell if he could hear me the entire time we were working with him. I went in to pick up the new iphones that my fiance and I had ordered. By the end of it, the employee rings us up and says okay the total is $406 please sign here and insert your card. I said okay, why is it $406? He wouldnt tell me. He said, oh I cant show you the receipt until after you pay. I said, no, I am not going to sign anywhere or be paying for anything until I understand what I am paying for. Turns out, he added two $50 iphone cases, two $40 screen protectors (that we did not ask for at all, but he felt inclined to just put them on the phones) and a random other pop socket accessory. When I called him out he said oh but Im saving you money because you get a coupon with three accessories, so one is free.... ummm. Nooo, we literally did not ask for them! Then he continues to say, I would be dumb to walk out without a screen protector and a phone case for my new phone.... The guy literally was mad at me and calling me names because I wouldnt buy a screen protector. When I asked him to take those additional items off, he was so resistant to, I finally got the other employee to come over to take them off. The actual total amount we owed was for the tax on the iphones... $208. It is one thing to try to scam us, but seriously with the rudeness and disrespect. Also, keep in mind I have never written a review in my life. It is not something I have ever even thought to do, but this guy should be fired!

Very helpful and gave us a discount without asking. That is some great customer service!

My husband left the store thinking he was getting a good deal. We have four phones and are paying $500-$670 a month and now we have to go back in to figure out what they did wrong.

Kristy the store manager was horrible. I switched to Verizon from AT&T and she didn’t get anything right! My bill is 3x as much as it should be. I ended up having to call and deal with Verizon for 2 hours. I would save your time and go across the street to the corporate store where they have the power to do everything. She kept having to call her Verizon “rep”. She didn’t do anything right, didn’t even ask what color phone we wanted and assumed we wanted a red phone and she ran my credit before asking knowing that I would have left and went across the street instead but she wanted to seal the deal. It was a horrible experience. Don’t give her the opportunity to mess up your new account.

The front desk lady was super nice. She invited me back there again. Made her schedule very open to every customer. Shame some man cussed her out for not being able to help him that day. If only he understood that she could help solve his problem in a few days. ( Not sure what the problem was, but she had to ask him to leave. ) She was the only worker there on a busy Friday. She even cut me a deal on a screen protector. 10/10 would go again.

Jesse was incredibly helpful and friendly. While other stores told us there was nothing they could do to fix our problem, Jesse fixed it within minutes. I would highly recommend this location as they were the only store able to help us.

This week I got my phone stolen. I was shocked, felt vulnerable, pretty scared and unsafe. But luckily I went to the Verizon store in Capitola at 41st Mall. There I met Christie who reassured me, detailing my options and coaching my steps from “what to do now” to how to save money replacing all my much needed accoutrements. She let me use her phone to contact my family and the insurance. Christie is amazing -a real sweetheart and super knowledgeable - a supreme help to me and totally comforting and trustworthy. I’m going to be a regular at this store from now on. Thanks to Rasha and Christie for being so informative and helpful when I came back in to finalize my replacement phone set up and re-equip myself. THEYRE DEFINITELY A 5 STAR OPERATION!

My service was great for 2 1/2 years, but for some reason I became a target for them. I used to have a certain rate for 2 GB of data. For no reason whatsoever it went up. I was paying extra for insurance, but every time they told me I didt have any. Ive been into 3 different stores, including one in Washington, and every time I received the worst help and the attitude that they thought I was a complete waste of their time. The rep at this store even told me to go call customer service for help. Why did I drive here if they werent going to do their job? When I asked for an explanation of why my bills changed even though nothing else did, no one could give it to me. When I lost my phone, they didnt inform me that I could use Find My Phone, they just said oh well! I ended up getting billed $110 each month for 4 GB of data. Paying the $250 early term fee was well worth it. The moment they start pulling stunts on you, run!

The best Verizon store in town! Extremely helpful staff. The best pricing in any Verizon store in have been in. The really looked out for us checking our plan for the best price with out even asking. We left saving money on our bill and new phones at almost nothing out of pocket!

As others have shared Christy is a very crafty sales woman. She will speak with a forked tongue. She did exactly the opposite of what I wanted and added things to my account that I clearly told her not to. I was told I would get fees waved but was charged, I said no inurance and instead was charged insurance for 4 phones. And even after growing back to the store it still wasnt fixed.

Kristy navigated our escalated case and got us into a new phone. She was very tenacious about solving our issue, which included long wait times on the phone, multiple attempts at obtaining a PIN. She ordered us a new phone, and when it arrives, shell help us get it set up and transfer our contacts.

This store have the best customer service in santa Cruz, they got awesome promotions and very helpful team 😜

Kristy is amazing, she helped me wvwey step of the way, she works so hard and she is sharp definitely an asset to Verizon, give her a raise, I will be returning again an again and I will refer my family and friends to her.

My day 4/15/2019-I went to a corporate store to fix a situation with my phones-Huge Mistake walked out with a far worse problem-I was heading to Coffee shop near a Verizon store I never noticed before-Fearful to enter because of the store down the road walking out with a far worse problem-I did enter the store with words of could you help me-She didn’t say No like the other person at the corporate store down the road-She offered to take a look and promise you she spent a few hours helping me-Honestly between our breaks and people coming into the store she helped me to the very end-Walked in Damaged in more ways than I knew, walking out with a great working phone, better attitude towards Verizon store-This young lady showed respect towards me, didn’t judge me for not understanding my mixed up mind regarding tech words etc...-Thank you Kristy-Thank you Verizon for having this person Kristy, I don’t know her never been to this store before-Yay yay I have a working phone with knowledge as well-Everyone do not give up go to this store-From a woman with a smile

Came here to look at WiFi devices - got here 1/2 hour before closing. Dumb worker closed early and she tried saying they’re close and I pointed at their store hours which said they close in a half hour but she just shrugged and mouthed sorry.
