I came here for the express exterior because there were a lot of birds droppings on my car. Not only I got the auto wash, the staff manually washed my car. All the dirts are gone! This $10 is well spent. Fast service!

I was a little hesitant with some of the reviews, but I figured Id find out for myself. I went on Saturday at midday. There were two cars in front of me. I got the MCW wash and had my car back and ready 29 minutes after I handed off my keys. They were thorough with the cleaning and asked if I was satisfied and prompted me to do a final walk around before leaving. Ill be back.

Ive had great experience with this car wash over the years.I know some people havent. My truck is always trashed with lots of dog hair sand and slobber. But they always get my tuck super clean inside and out. They have always been nice to me also.

I had to go home and wash the front of my car. Marks were left on lots of areas of the car.Don’t pay for highest exterior wash - get the basic $10 one. Not really any noticeable difference.Two stars because it seemed like they did a good job doing full detailing for people.

First time here today and at first the service was slow, but they completely made up for it by such a thorough cleaning! Very happy and it was only $10 for the exterior wash. They scrubbed by hand at the beginning and hand dried at the end. Thank you!

Got their 27.99 package with wax and inside /outside cleaning including wheels. The wheels were cleaned but not clean. Everything seemed rushed. My cars interior was a bit dusty and the back was not vaccumed completely. Their exterior wash is worth the money but additional detailing, wheel cleaning, and waxing is better done by yourself or elsewhere.

If you are looking for a deep cleaning service and you have time. You have to choose this place and ask for Gerardo to do the work. That guy works very good. He doesnt just dry your car; he also cleans it up. Ask for him at the seller. 🤘😉👍

Brought my brand new car in to have it detailed due to sap on the windows and paint, left there with ripples and waves on door pillar

They do an awesome job!!!weve been there twice and the car looks sparkling clean after each wash. Their staff is very honest. I dropped $40 under the car seat and they let me know they found it and left it in my car cup holder... its a little pricey but you get what you pay for.

I went for the Managers Special for my SUV. It was a long wait of around 1hr 20mins but they seemed to be doing a thorough job so I kept telling myself it would be worth it. Thats until I got home and opened the trunk only to find they never cleaned in there. Back door wasnt cleaned, not vacuumed and as filthy as I gave it to them. Maybe I should have taken it back but I had enough of car wash centers by then so I got my own vacuum out and finished the job myself.

I am a professional driver and I have been using master car wash for the past two years. It is worth it to figure out when the least busy times to go are. I buy the monthly package and sometimes get more than two carwashes a week and it works out to under $10 a wash. I agree with the other comments – – everybody that works there is super nice, the store looks great, I appreciate the complementary coffee and the fact that the bathrooms are always clean!

Ive been known Masters car wash for almost 2 years I know everybody that works in and they all know me when I get there I even join you and help getting my car done so I expedite the process. I have become their valet service for their detailing operation and thoroughly enjoyed getting my car washed and working with Masters car wash. If I was to suggest something to the public it would be Take the Wheel deal you get the best bang for your dollar and get the monthly pass for $60 you get to go in there as many times as you need in a month its a win-win situation

A convenient place to get your car washed or detailed. Can usually get out of there in under an hour. Nice new gift shop. They usually have coupons on their website.

NEVER go here--I certainly never will again. When the car was returned, the rear sunshades for the passenger windows were torn to shreds. (I forgot to take them off, but no one bothered to ask me before destroying them.) When I talked to the manager (Eduardo), he was unbelievably belligerent and rude, saying the company was not responsible for the exterior. Shocked by his behavior, I made a video recording of him. He demanded I erase it and threatened to call the police. When I refused he stormed off, and returned with an incident report sheet. After I filled the sheet, he threatened me: Now I know where you live--and again demanded I erase the video. No one called about the incident. Moreover: the interior of the car was not cleaned very well. I wish he had called the police, because they should know the manager threatens customers.

Love this place! Staff is kind, knowledgeable and does great work! I love the care they put into my Mustang! They know how to make him shine!!

I wanted a detailed package so I picked the highest priced one. They missed a lot on the interior windows were left dirty and all I got was excuses and if I wanted to clean headlights or redo on windows they asked me for more money to do it, total asked was $60 apiece for lenses and $100 for windows. I will never return here again.

Its service has gone really bad. Left my car with streaks and inside was not clean good, looked like if the just did one swipe. Not only do they charge you more now for the kahuna but awful service. I think it has to do with new ownership. Always use to get the monthly pass but I think its time to take my money elsewhere

Let me start with i have gon here mabe 20-25 time, but there seems to be a trend with the location.When you pay for the most expensive wash and i expect to have not to have little stuff on the floor or pollen spots on the car. Overall they do a good job and move quickly.45 bucks for the wash, i would like to not have to wipe spots and smears off my car.Disappointing, but they still did a decent job. They were also very busy that day. I will still go there as they do a good job and are in a good location, but wont keep going if this is the price for mediocre work.

Asked for and Paid for steam cleaning cars fabric seats.Waiting in lobby and saw my Acura in the back right corner of the lot. So walked over.And this guy was using a big electric Buffer with Soap and Water on my Car Seats!!Not suction steam cleaning!!BEWARE.

Good wash, competitive price, nice shop inside, interior detail, even a self serve dog wash (brilliant idea). It does take a while (plan on an hour on a weekend) but my Audi looked very well cared for when I got it back.Cons: dog wash station wasn’t working when I was there and at least 3 people tried to use it just while I was there. There should have been signs to tell customers it wasn’t operational because people were disappointed and annoyed to learn it wasn’t working after they had their dog on the stand and leashed up.The outdoor area could be a lot nicer with a few small touches (plants, music, some cushions for the benches, some outlets to charge phones, more cleaning attention paid). Also one of the benches was broken.

Ive tried 3 times to get a good hand wash on my nearly new truck. This time was the last. It looked like they pressure washed it and wiped it down. The top was not done, bugs and stains all over it, really disappointed. It took me over an hour to redo it today after the so called hand wash yesterday. Its a big truck, but I paid good money to get it done right, and it didnt happen.

Will never go again!! I usually wash my car on my own, this time I wanted a deep cleaning, I should of done it my self. Mycar wasn’t well vacuumed, sets weren’t cleaned. And there was finger prints all over my car, and water running down my car 😡

Great place. Just make sure to bring a book or something to entertain. The people are friendly and the staff works hard on keeping your car shiny and new. The price is about right $22 dollars for the basic wash with vacumming and a wax. Hand washing is a plus and they also make your tires look shinny! So fresh and so clean.

They took a while to complete my car and I had to ask them to vacuum again my car cause it looked like they hadnt done it the first time. Maybe they need there vacuum system serviced because I know they did do it but not that well. I did notice they smile a lot which to me is rare these days.

This car wash is very busy I was skeptical about stoping in because of the number of cars ahead of me. I did stop they were pretty quick very friendly good advice as far as to the packages and they did a above-average job I would recommend this car wash to anyone in the area

They do a good job at cleaning the car, but dont go if youre on a time schedule. The wait can be up to an hour sometimes if not more, I make this my last stop of the day.

They did a good job with my car. Got the $23 basic option including wheels. Service was a bit slow but very friendly and had a nice patio area and lawn to wait at.

I come here all the time. As President if the Santa Cruz Mustang Club, many of our members come here for the handwash and special detailing we receive. We care about our cars very much, and our expectations are that the people working on them will care also. We only do handwash as we don’t want to incur “swirls” that you get with many car wash places. Yes, this takes a little longer, but the care involved is great! This is the only place I come for my 2 Mustangs!If you have an issue, talk to Jamie, the manager, he will rectify it!

I came to get my car vacuum and have the interior wiped down. I showed the attendant who faked to take note. He kept pushing to sell and add-on leather conditioning.... Im like no, I need the plastic parts and the metal doors wipe down, showing him again the area to focus on. I paid $27 for this. The main reason I mistook my car here was location, i wanted to walk across to the stores in front while my car is getting done. When I come back to pick up my car, the parking area has only 2 cars getting wiped down, the cashier tells me it has been dropped off at another establishment next door and given no indication as to why ....she then tried to lie that they ran out of space but they only have 2 other cars there??? I walk some more to the end of the KFC parking lot by the trashbins and transients- thanks btw real safe. I come to see the car was not vacuum at all in the back and the doors were not even touched. This made me so upset, i went back to ask for them to pass the vacuum again and wipe it down (it never happened btw the doors are still dirty) then the same attendant tells me it was an additional fee for the vacuuming ....wow!!!!! so they will half vacuum your car the charge you more if you want them to complete the job. This has to be illegal in some way Ive seen other comments seems this is how they conduct business.

Dont go here! This place is sketchy and they will steal from you! I took everything valuable out of my car and they still found something to steal from me! I wish I could give this place less than one star!

So, full service car washes are tricky. The good ones are always super busy, so your wait time is going to be long. Also, it is not an easy job, so I imagine keeping great staff is also extremely hard. And in areas like these, I expect the rents are high, so prices can get high quickly too. But with all of these things in mind, this location is consistently good and the management responsive and caring if anything ever does go wrong.

The people here take their job very seriously. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I brought them the dirtiest, most neglected car ever and they transformed it into a jewel. I am shamed by the antention to detail.

Long wait with only 5 other cars ahead of me. When called out as ready, the wheels on the right side were totally soiled with the brake dust I had come in with. When I asked that they be cleaned better, I was told that since I only ordered the basic wash, they did not clean the wheels, only on the more expensive packages do they clean the wheels! I will go anywhere but here when I need the whole car washed, including the wheels. I get it that I will not get wheel bright and tire dressing in a basic wash and if what was left on the wheels was more than dust mixed with water, I would not be so put off but that was not the case here. These folks just do not care what your car looks like when you drive off, and even taking it to the manager got nothing more than the same we do not wash the wheels on the basic wash package! You can find a better job anywhere else than here!

I watched the guy detail my car and it went on and on and on around the car the windows inside outside the sides of the doors inside the doors this is an amazing place I doubled my tip while I watched.

I cant give this place a good rating. A basic wash should not take one hour. You can get a full mini-detail at the Robertsville Car Wash or Campbell Delta Queen in 45 mins. The people were nice enough and the work was good, but theyre just not efficient.

Walk to Starbucks or Chipotle while you wait. Hand wax is a deal at 69$... Same guys have worked there for years...
