I arrived 10 min late to an appt at 2:15 that I had booked online at the Capitola Supercuts for Friday 9/3/21. Traffic was horrible from the labor day week-end and this is why I was late. After waiting more then 30 min. additionally after the appt time I was informed that because I was late they would take another patron instead in front of me. Even if I had been on time the wait would have been 30 min with an appt! One hairdresser who seemed to be in charge talked with her back turned towards me to the other hairdresser that because I was 10-15 min late I would have to wait some more. Its not fair if shes late to have her be next was what she told the other hairdresser ; like I was not even sitting there. Very lousy way to treat a customer in my opinion. I walked out. I will never use Supercuts again and you have now lost my business. What a rude manager!

She is a Hungarian blonde & absolutely intelligent toward me so I can leave the salon feeling confident with her job for color on my hair! She knew just what to do right to keep my roots & color looking natural & beautiful because she is so admirably professional & impressive with children & adults! Who wouldn’t want a thoughtful stylist to get the job done? What a blessing !Thank you! I would highly recommend Capitola Super Cuts for these tough COVID-19 times.

Walked in and put my name down, they said it would be 30 minutes but after waiting for 45 they started calling other people, when I complained they said it would be another 15 minutes before they would called me. I walked out, I’m not going to wait an hour for an overpriced haircut. Definitely won’t be coming back, worst service ever. The ladies doing the haircuts where just jibber jabbing and not actually working. Go there if you want to waste your time. If you are in the area an really need a haircut, please do yourself a favor and go to Great Clips, just a 3 minute walk from there. The service there was super fast and much more friendly, people were actually working.

I went in with my long hair and can back with short uneven hair!! The girl who cut my hair didn’t know how to do a V shape on my hair and left it horrible. I left her a tip thinking she did an amazing job only to see my hair In bad conditions. Honestly if it weren’t for my family telling me I would have walked around with ugly hair. Now I have to go to a professional hair dresser to fix my hair

Don’t go here. The chick that did my hair butchered it and doesn’t know how to blend AT ALL. All un even. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. Now I have to go to where I should have gone in the first place and pay to get it fixed. Not cool. Look around the ear and side burns too. Sucks!! If it doesn’t have a pic it won’t let me upload load one.

I have been am avid supercut patron for years, it is the most convenient hair cut location. I still say however that the best and cheapest hair cut I got was from Oscar but this is a close second. Much better than that Sam fellow thats so self centered.

Worst service I have ever seen. Tried twice to get my haircut and told it would be after 4:00 pm. It was 11:00am. 1 person cutting hair in the shop! I wont be back ever! Their Corporate needs to be notified!!

Worst haircut experience ever.

Why ? Never have enough people to cut hair. One is cutting and answering phones. Its super cuts !Not some fancy place. Always should have two employees, at least.
