This place is awesome!!! Went to cost u less to get insurance for my new car. first time doing it on my own which I was a little concerned. The great service that Damaris Paloma provide Made this process so smooth and easy. She was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable with insurance. I never knew what the state required me to get or even what it covered in an accident. Damaris really explained it thoroughly every coverage and the benefit of having certain protection. Loved the experience.

I have to say that Damaris at Cost-U-Less made the car buying process so much easier. Buying a new car was a challenge for me as someone who is new to these things and then having to be faced with finding coverage/insurance that would match my needs felt lIke an even more daunting experience. Damaris went above and beyond with helping me get a policy and making sure that I understood every aspect of what I was getting myself into. Much like at the dealer, I hate feeling like I am being tricked to purchase things I do not need, or that someone is profiting from my ignorance, and I can wholeheartedly say that was not my experience here. I get off of work late so finding somewhere still open is hard. Not only were they open but they were so friendly and explain everything thing to me! Plus they didnt laugh at any of the ridiculous questions I had. Definitely going to send all my friends to see both Cynthia and her manager Damaris!

Bad service!Crystal at the Capitola store forgot to put a lien holder on my insurance and that caused collections on my car, collection calls, bad report to my credit and my lien place added their own insurance which was an extra cost onto my payments. We kept calling to get this fixed and she lied about being in the office and still didnt fix the problem. When we finally got her to fix it she rushed us off the phone and didnt seem to care. This was happening from Oct 2015- now!

Finding the right Car insurance is very difficult and a hassle!! Ive luckily been getting my insurance with Cost u Less in Capitola for the past 3 years and Damaris Palomo has been my agent for that long!! Damaris is very knowledgable and an expert when it comes to auto insurance. She goes over everything very throughly and is always looking for the most affordable price in insurance!! I just got a new 2013 Prius and Damaris was there to help me with every question and getting my insurance transferred to my new car!! I have recommended my friends and family to Damaris for all their insurance needs!! I can honestly say that I am a loyal and lifetime customer to Damaris for all my insurance!!
