First time..Mary took care of me, she was very pleasant!. I didnt have appointment but she still took care of me. She did a great job on my eyebrows...very satisfied. I will be a regular. Thank you Mary.

Not impressed. There is nothing posh about the salon or the service. The lady was on the phone most of the time that she was attending to me. She seems nice, but she doesnt know how to deliver the level that she seems to be aiming for.

Mary did an awesome job on my hair. I came in with very unevenly dyed hair, and now it looks fantastic. She uses a product in her dye that makes it much less damaging than other dyes. On top of that, the eyebrow threading lasts and made my eyebrows look better than ever. I received all of these services for a low price and am definitely coming back. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who doesnt have a stylist in this area yet.

I don’t know what all the bad reviews are about. Frankly, they were so off putting that I never came here to get my eyebrows threaded even though it’s right around the corner from my house. After getting my nails done a few doors down from Posh salon I decided to give it a go. The owner was doing a perm on a client and told me to give her a couple of minutes. I waited and she took me right back and my eyebrows look great! She even made sure I walked out happy . I asked if she could tweeze a few hairs on the side of my brows and she had no problem doing so. If you speak when getting a service done the person who’s doing your service will do exactly what you want..... you will have no issues unless they are incompetent. I told her exactly what I wanted and I even had her fix a few things which were just stray hairs. I highly recommend Posh studio for eyebrow threading . I get this done every three months and I no longer have to travel to Fort Myers even though I love the place I go to.

I got my eyebrows done here and they came out really good because the woman who did my eyebrowsand I talked about the shape of them and where I had more hair and where I had less hair to where it really fit my eyebrows and made the best of them that they could be. 10/10 my new eyebrow place

HORRIBLE lash extensions. Could hardly tell the difference, very few lashes for $100. I understand she needs to be productive to make money but she had 3 other people schedule during the same time of my appointment so she had to leave me several times to go attend other clients besides answering her cell phone too. Very rough touch.

Made an appointment, got a confirmation text message. Everything seemed normal. I showed up at 5:30 waited 15 minutes then left. The door was locked and lights turned out. They weren’t even open! It said they were online till 7 pm and taking had openings on June 1st at 5:30 and 6 pm. Never going back!

I LOVED my experience!!! I explained once what I wanted, showed Mary the picture and she did exactly what I have always wanted. She understood my vision and did not make me feel like my hair would be too difficult or too time consuming to work with. She knew what to do and did it with a smile. She was sincere, knew what to steer away from when I felt doubtful of the style and honestly told me what was best for my type of hair and I needed that. She knew what she was doing. Heres my story, after many years of trying numerous and different hair salons in Cape Coral, I was always feeling disappointed. With exception to one of the numerous that I went to, but that one was always too expensive. The common experience I have had is that the salons that I walk into see my long, full, luxurious hair and get scared when I ask for a long layered hair cut, wash and blow dry. They look at me like a deer caught in headlights; either its because my hair would be too time consuming or that they are scared to ruin my hair. No one wants to feel like an inconvenience when they want to be pampered. I dont understand those other salons, if you are experienced and confident, then you will know what to do for every client. Mary at Posh Studios welcomed me with open arms and her confidence was obvious, so I trusted her and she did a beyond fabulous job!!! Reading past negative reviews, I was shocked to see any negative....Communication is key, you show and tell the person what you want, and they will jump on board without any doubts. She was patient and took her time. I will be going back and I will continue to recommend Mary. I, as a client, like my voice to be heard and she heard me and gave me what I wanted. She did my eyebrows last week too and she is correcting what years of bad wax jobs in other places have done, so I cant wait for her to patiently make my eyebrows look beautiful again and see the final result. Bottom line is I trust her work and judgement. Great job Mary!!!

I asked for just a clean up I was received by a nod that made it unclear if my request was acknowledged, I waited patiently and realized she was taking creative libertys when I felt the excessive threading in areas I normally have thick luscious hair. When she was finished she smiled and asked me do you like it? I wanted to cry. Ive been crying the past two days I cant fill them in enough I hate my eyebrows. When I told her upset, no but its okay I can just color them in she acted as if she was offended . I told her confused I told you leave them thick and she responds yes yes, but you have that thing there (referring to my mole that grows just below my right brow) now angry I told her I know! Thats how I like it thick, my style is alternative I do not like thin eyebrows I left, still wish I could show the women a before and after do she has to look at what she did. If you do here do specify exactly what you want even if they seem like they understand. It took me years to grow out my eyebrow hair to look the way it was and in seconds she confirmed me to her standard of buety ... The worst part is I saw her eyebrows and really hoped she didnt try to give md her eyebrows which she did. Pure laziness and disregard for preference

I didnt even get a chance to set up an appointment AT ALL!! I get it, youre busy, but try and call the customer back! Ive left messages and continued to call them. Its 6:37 and they still have yet to call me. Very VERY disappointed in the customer service and I havent even stepped foot in the place.
