Always fast friendly service! All the staff is always so friendly. Theresa always has a smile on her face, even when I call I can tell she has a smile on her face! I usually dread going to appointments, but this appointment always goes smooth and fast! I’ve never waited more than 10 in the waiting room!The doctor has helped me tremendously! I feel better than I have in a very long time! I only wish I would of went sooner!

I called on October 4 for a script refill and to check on whether I should make a follow-up appointment. I clicked on the option to receive a call back. No one ever called. I still need the script refill. Im glad I am getting this taking care of a week prior to the script being completely gone.

I have been very pleased with my experience with everyone from the front office staff to the medical assistant and professionals.I have already recommended Elite DNA to a friend.Destiny is in the front office and she is professional, personable and truly cares. Text or call, responds quickly. Exceptional!!She is patient with me and I appreciate it, my health challenges make cognition, word finding and speech challenging at times.Dr. Rodriguez took the time to learn my story and understand what stressors I was dealing with that were effecting my health. He didn’t rush me and was not like a robot. Which many psychiatrists can be. It was refreshing!!Matthew Murrellis a very caring therapist who realizes everyone has their own story and works with you to ensure he understands the entire picture and works to determine what your looking to achieve and how to get there. Not a cookie cutter therapist and they do exist.

Sue called me this morning to check in for my zoom meeting with Noel. She is a very sweet woman. Made sure I had all info I needed to get into Zoom.My session with Noel was great. I had many symptoms that I didnt understand. Noel explained they are all related. I understood and felt relieved. Noel is very knowledgeable. Been seeing her for awhile. Noel really cares. The whole staff are caring people. Short wait times. If you need some help, give them a chance. You wont be disappointed. Thumbs up to all of you.😊👍🤗

If you are a new patient they will not prescribe you anything. That is a horrible way to service the mental health community and is quite frankly a cash grab for the vulnerable. Shame on them, you should find another doctor.

We have been to 3 different offices within the Elite DNA network and all have been pleasant but we LOVE the team at the Cape Coral office. Mrs. Christina Todd, Dr. Rodriguez, Sue, and Chantel have been truly amazing! We have been going to this office for over 2 years and was driving an hour (passing by another Elite DNA office) because of how well Mrs. Todd & her team cares for her patients and how awesome she is with kids. We are so blessed to have found this Elite DNA Therapy office!

I absolutely love Judy Lenz. Although weve only been able to do phone sessions, so far due to covid 19. Shes beyond awesome, and Im so grateful to have her. She seems to genuinely care, about me, my family, my life. Shes a great listener, and I feel very comfortable with her. I would definitely recommend her to anyone, every one, any time.

DNA is one of the best therapy places I’ve ever been to. They are very professional and truly care about helping you. Noel and Charity are really passionate about helping people. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking help.

The providers are great. The office practices are terrible. They send you an email prior to your appointment to confirm, so you do. They call the day of and if you dont answer even if you confirmed and you are in the call, they cancel your appointment as a No show and charge you 40 dollars.Thank you for the information about Karen. A sad state of affairs when a few hours before a court hearing they back out of testifying. The well-being of a child was at stake. An invoice had been paid. This is not the place to seek help. They only want your money.

ABORT! Second session and AGAIN I can here a mans voice talking clear as day and LOUD right through the wall. (First session I was told it was because that office was used for intake.) This time he is laughing and talking with multiple people, apparently on his lunch hour. I couldnt focus on what therapist was saying or my own thoughts. I was told I could schedule my appointments after his office hours end!Went up to the desk to check out and reschedule and the receptionist answers her cell phone in the middle of helping me and tells caller to hold on! Practice shouldnt take new patients if they cannot offer a second session sooner than 5 weeks . I was told I could call every day to check for cancellations, who has time or patience for that!? Save yourself the anguish and find a more professional therapy office!

Great caring staff. Karen was excellent, very helpful and friendly. The rest of the office was just as wonderful, so thankful I found elite dna.

The doctors themselves are amazing but the front desk and phone operators are so rude. If my doctor didn’t get transferred out of the fortmyers location I would never step foot back in the cape coral office. It’s honestly terrible no empathy no manners.

The front desk staff has been wonderful at every appointment I’ve had so far, prompt & kind. Noel is fantastic, makes me feel very comfortable & is very very personable. The staff members that I have come into contact with so far have been nothing but delightful. Very, very pleased with EDTS.

I strongly recommend you find another therapy service. My overall experience was less than one star.

I took my mother here and she went into her appointment and then they took me through some hallway that did not even lead to where my mother was.

I’ve always had good experiences with Dr. Monroy and his staff.Dr.Monroy has taken the time to call me personally and help resolve medications issues and other medical issues that I had. I’ve never had trouble checking in, or with the intake personnel. I’ve been seen in a timely manner, and if the doc was running behind, he came out to personally let me know. They were also able to get me in on a day I had some issues. They have gone out of their way to be accommodating.

They make appointments without knowing what paperwork you should bring, when you arrive they hand you almost 18 pages of questions to fill out and then they dont have a clue which therapists specialize in what you need!! They also have NEVER read their therapists bio so couldnt inform me of their background...

Jamie and Noel are excellent counselors at this facility. They have great strategies and a support system for my daughter who has ASD, and a range of other issues. The ladies up front are always so nice to me and great at scheduling my daugher months out in advance to make sure she gets her weekly time slots. The receptionists have always been great at scanning paperwork for my daughters chart and for getting her letters right on time. Love this place and the staff. Sincerely, Nevaehs mom

Incredibly helpful and supportive

I would not recommend the cape coral office to anyone. They are lazy, unmotivated, and very unorganized. They will constantly push you from one person to the other when you request something as simple as written letter. The ladies up front are quick to tell you to call back or leave a massage before they get up and search for anything. If i could start over i would have never changed office if i knew how bad my experience would be.

I am very unimpressed with EDTS. Before making my first appt, I wanted to estimate costs. The staff was extremely unhelpful and did not give me a clear understanding of the costs with or without insurance. I still made my first appt. anyways. The day before my first appointment (intake appointment), in which I had taken a half day off work and cleared my schedule, they cancel on me over voicemail. I call back and tell them I can come at the new time they proposed. They then proceed to tell me they arent sure if that is even available (although they said it was over the voicemail) and placed me on hold. I waited somewhere between 5 and 10 minutes and was then redirected to a voicemail. Left a message asking to help reschedule and never received a call back. The lack of professionalism and lack of concern over a new patients wellbeing is quite alarming and I hope that others do not have a similar experience. Unfortunately, I will not be choosing to become a new patient at EDTS.

This place is very unorganized to say the least, they make you sign a contact if your late or cancel they charge you, but they have no problem telling you the doctors late, like I stated this place is unorganized and that’s my experience!

Elite DNA is very hard to work with, they dont take calls, all you can do is leave a voicemail. But you have to leave at least 3 messages before anyone will bother calling you back. My daughter has been going there for a year with NO progress. The whole company is very condescending.

I have never had a problem with anyone at this place .... Everyone Ive met there has been really nice .....

I cant wait for my session with Amanda, shes very knowledgeable & understanding. My zoom sessions are easy to get into.

I have nothing negative to say apart that I consider it my second home and in that place I saw the light at the end of the tunnel I feel eternally grateful to the staff are wonderful my psychologists my therapist and all the resection staff the attention is fast and friendly
