Literally just the worst internet service provider out there. I cant wait for this company to go under and stop screwing over literally every customer they have.

Not a customer, but I would never recommend satellite internet to anyone for any reason. Not only do they have unreasonable data caps, but if there are people who are often online gaming in your household, this will make it extremely annoying and near impossible to play.

I would give NO STARS if I could. I was shopping around for an affordable satellite internet for my home when I discovered HughesNet. I was curious about their prices so I decided to call them. The salesperson I talked to was extremely rude and tried to bully me into purchasing their service. When I had enough of the abuse I bid him goodbye and he called me back THREE times to continue to berate me. Horrible customer service. Definitely would not recommend to ANYONE.

Rarely do I give out a 1-star review unless they deserve it. This company is GARBAGE and predatory.The offer internet speeds up to 25 mbps for $4.00 cheaper than the competitors. HOWEVER they severely throttle the speeds down to 0.05 up and Down when you exceed 10Gb of bandwidth. This screen shot is from a good day of service and everything is mind-numbingly slow. I swear they additionally throttle streaming sites like YouTube because even when I havent used up the 10 GB these sites can hardly load a 240p video. THIS is pathetically excessive for an initial offering of 25 up and down and I feel preys on older people looking for a better deal that dont know the difference between a megabyte or a gigabyte and are left with 1990s internet speeds.Pay the extra $4 and stay FAR FAR away from this GARBAGE service.
