Shannon and Kara arrived with two young gentlemen, at the time scheduled. They could not have been nicer! We needed a very large, working hot tub that was located inside our screened pool cage, removed. My husband and I knew this was above our paygrade so we called SW Florida Hot Tub Movers. They took careful measurements and devised their plan of action which entailed removing the door, the door frame and some spline and fasteners on the doorway of my pool cage. Within 40 minutes they had successfully removed the hot tub and replaced the door, uprights, spline and fasteners! Good as new with no damage whatsoever. If I didnt watch them do it i wouldnt know that anything had been touched! And dont even get me started on how incredibly fair their pricing is!!! Im from NY and have had many contractors through the years. For what they charged me for the complete job would have been the charge for a service call!!!!!My husband and I were so impressed with the this company and their work ethic! I called and spoke with Kara 3 times on the phone and every time she said she would call me back to let me know if they could deliver my hot tub and she never called back. So unprofessional. I gave her the benefit of the doubt 3 times, your out!!!Update: I rescheduled once on my own, twice she said their schedule was so full it might be tight but they wouldget back with me. NEVER heard from her! Consumer beware, if your going to use this company make sure you nail a date in stone with her before you get off the phone and hopefully they will honor it.

We bought a preowned spa in Palm Beach County where we reside but needed it delivered to an RV Resort in Glades County where we have an annual RV site for our camper. That is our weekend getaway. Kara and Shannon were the greatest, on time, great attention to detail, placed it perfectly where we wanted it, hot tub weekend coming up! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars, best service ever!

We used this company to move our hot tub. We labeled clearly on tape that we placed on ground how to position tub as we could not supervise. Of course, it was placed wrongly. Why I am writing this review is due to the rude, unprofessional way the guy treated me on the phone when I called to tell him it was placed wrong and the electric cord was opposite where our source was. THEN HE TOLD ME IT WOULD COST ME $150 to turn the tub to towards the electric panel, as we clearly indicated on tape. I tried calling owner but, of course, did not get a call back. POOR, UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. I don’t recommend these guys.

What an awesome family business that we are blessed with in Cape Coral! From my first phone call for a quote, to the removal of our hot tub, these guys and girls were super friendly and professional. They work together so well, as if they study books on how to be an effective team! I had an extra difficult job given that our tub was bolted to the cement. Additionally, there was a lot of old piping and wiring to deal with. We are beyond satisfied with our experience, and we will be calling them back should we decide to install a new hot tub. This company just moved our hot tub today. They were amazing!! The price was great and they were also very accommodating. They had to make many adjustment to get the hot tub placed where we wanted it on our patio, but did it with no hesitation or push back. There really are no words to describe this beautiful family. The way they work together and get the job done by thinking and planning things out first is amazing. They helped me move a swim spa 8x15 in between my house and my neighbors house. There was only 10 feet between the houses and each had a water softener sticking out. No one else was willing to help or even try. Kara assured me from the start that they would indeed be there to help and get the job done. They didn’t disappoint. They showed up and made a very stressful job seem pretty easy. It wasn’t easy at all by the way. You won’t be disappointed with this family moving your new investment safely and securely. Shows up the same day, (a Saturday) Analyzes the challenge to remove our Hot Tub, believe it me it was no easy task, gives a reasonable quote and arranges to get it out of here the next morning! These guys are great. I purchased a used spa, and called for delivery. They were very flexible with both myself and the sellers schedule. My neighbor has used them in the past for moving his spa, and they did a great job and were very careful with my spa. They were on time, and were very fast, I couldnt believe how quick they were. Kara and Shannon are the best. I live in Washington DC and own a rental property in Cape Coral. I needed an old hot tub removed from the back lanai. I did a google search, called around, and found that Kara and Shannon gave the best rate. In addition they were knowledgeable and very polite. They were there on time and it took them less than an hour to remove the hot tub. This was by far the easiest and best call I made while bringing my property back up to speed. Ill definitely give them as a referral to anyone that I know that needs to move a hot tub, pool table, or piano.

Absolutely the best company to call. So impressed with the entire family and how they took care of our hot tub. I called at 12:15 today and by 3:15 the hot tub moved....how can you beat that. To top it off they were over $200 cheaper than the other quotes.

SW FL Hot Tub Movers were able to come out the day after I called and move my hot tub across the country. The rate was reasonable and they kept me updated throughout the entire process. Very friendly and easy to work with!

I am very impressed with this company! I called them on Monday and they were able to be here on Wednesday to remove and dispose of a hot tub from an enclosed lanai. I contacted two other companies and not only was this one slightly less expensive for the actual removal of the hot tub BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY they were the only one who offered removal and replacement of the screen which was required to remove the hot tub from the lanai. If I would have used either of the other two companies I would have had to hire a separate screen company to remove and replace the screen and that would have been much more hassle and expensive than paying this company the added charge to do it. I highly recommend them and I am a perfectionist! :-)

We purchased a pool table on market place and they came as a family and worked as a team professionally. They were on time and very friendly. They even reused the felt which was rather brittle.

Excellent service! I had another company scheduled to move a piano for me from an antique shop in Fort Myers to my home in Punta Gorda. When they arrived at the antique shop they called me to let me know the piano was too heavy for their guys to move. They referred me to SW Florida Hot Tub Movers. Cara called me and was extremely flexible and accommodating working with the time frame and getting the piano delivered to me as quickly as possible. Once they arrived at my house they unloaded the piano and had it moved in within 10 minutes and placed exactly where I wanted it. I even spoke to the owner of the antique shop and she said that they were very professional and very careful with making sure it was wrapped and took very good care of the piano. Thank you! I will definitely refer friends and family to this company in the future!

The company picked up the phone quick and had someone out to my house within 30 minutes which is great. I informed the movers I only had a credit card on me as it is a business purpose. They looked at my tub and said that I would get a call back within the day to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately I did not get a call. Received a text message the next day to inform me the movers would be there in about thirty minutes. Informed the worker that I was not home but I would approve them to remove it. Well they got me mixed up with another customer. and informed me the reason why they didnt remove the hottub the previous day is because I wouldnt pay cash. So instead of just telling me the truth, I got mislead by the people who were suppose to haul away the product. which previously they said worse case scenario they could take the payment over the phone.

This husband and wife team moved a hot tub we had purchased. The move was about 40 miles for a rate much lower than other quotes and they had the equipment & experience to make it look easy. Very prompt and communicates well. They were professional in every way.

Called them to remove a very old spa on our lanai that was falling apart and wasnt being used anymore. Sent them photos of spa and set up a day to come out. They called when they were about an hour away. They got to work and removed that spa in one piece. Im very impressed how fast they did it and how easy they made it look.
