Great gym with everything you need including pool. My personal best feature is that the clients are very much a reflection of our society. Most are still working on getting in the best shape they can be.

Happy with the facility. The swim lessons are not worth the money for children under 4. The older swim lessons are good. The reason it lost a star is because they won’t let my barely turned 4 year old child in the locker rooms to use the bathroom. He needs to use a “gender appropriate bathroom”. That statement was so weird and uncomfortable for me (especially in relationship with my preschooler) that we almost left and didn’t come back.

People are so nice and helpful. Very clean and professional.

This place has extras that other gyms dont have...like a pool and are room, plus professional fitness assessments to develop a workout plan to improve your physical fitness.

They quit giving discount to Florida teachers, no longer allow anything cost prohibitive without a year contract and have prices so high only the rich can afford it. Too bad. I was a member for over 15 years and stopped last year due to so many kids in the therapy pool for the expensive swimming lessons. They are a money grubbing organization who really doesn’t care about the general population. A gym for the rich and famous I guess!

Endless options for fitness. Trained/knowledgeable fitness instructors. Many machines automatically logs your work outs and checks to confirm you are doing exercises correctly. Connect to music, news, movies, simulated work outs to multitask while being fit. Great classes with engaged instructors. Invest in yourself and health. Affordable compare what is charged v s offered - swimming, weights, cycling, yoga, body pump, Zumba...still trying them all out. Keeps things fresh. Along with body analysis.

This is a great place to go if you need physical therapy or to just go on your own. Theres aquatic indoor pools, 1 is warm for therapy & the other pool is for swimmers. Theres also a gym with different machines to work out with. Its behind CC Hospital & if you want to be a member they charge you for it! Highly recommend this place :-)

I completed physical therapy next door and it was not a great experience. From the start the staff in physical therapy disappointed me. They have a few transient employees that come in for certain months of the year and I just didnt feel like they were truly interested in my wellness. However, near the end of my therapy I joined the gym and the staff at the gym was AWESOME! Very friendly, very helpful, and they keep the place clean. The prices are a bit higher than normal and the hours could be better. Id like to be able to either get in earlier in the mornings, or later in the evenings. The place gets packed during the day. Many retired peoples that arent very quick about using the machines or stop for conversation while people are waiting. Be prepared to wait if you like cardio. In the end, Im going to have to let my membership go when it expires. Many other gyms in the area with better schedules, more equipment, and cheaper prices. Hope this helps someone!

They offer free courses on different subjects such as cooking, security, computer classes xcetera. The courses are excellent. I used to take a water aerobics class gamma and enjoyed it very much. Although I dont anymore because my weight is at my desired go.

If you’re looking for a gym that is very clean and not so crowded and that has everything, this is the place for you. Been a member for 20years now

We love the wellness center and its logical, science based approach to health and fitness.The only two things Id change if I could would be longer midday hours for the kids zone and getting rid of the MLM essential oils in the lobby area.

Very robust establishment offering wide variety of wellness services. Staff here is tremendous, very helpful, educational, accessible. Plenty of parking and easy to access just behind Cape Coral Hospital. Beehive of activities here. Take a tour.

I love the classes in the warm pool. Takes away my fibromyalgia pain. I also really like the instructors. Everyone there is courteous and I also like that they went scent-free.

Cafe You at Healthy Life Center...the best little cafe! Smashed avocado toast and chai tea latte was excellent.

I love this place. The staff is great. The entite facility is CLEAN and well maintained.Staff is always available and willing to assist members. I am currently on medical leave, and cant wait to get back to my routines in the gym and pool. Its the staff that makes the Wellness Center such a great place.

You get what you pay for. All the equipment you could ever want, 7 or 8 giant tvs you can plug into while you work out. The card reader keeps track of all of your settings on each machine. Most of the staff are medically trained or have certs/degrees in health & fitness. Its cool to be surrounded by those people instead of the punk kid running the private gym down the street. Again you get what you pay for.

This is such a great place to work out. Its fun, clean, great staff, you really feel in a safe environment to do your own stuff and dont feel intimidated. Its great how many different classes they offer and they have flexible schedules. Give it a try!!!

Actually I was at the physical therapy part. They have been wonderful with me. They are all so skilled and so friendly. They have me back to a life again.

The gym is nice and clean rather small and it seems to me like this would be the place if your disable to go to so you wont be body shamed like a traditional gym. On the 2 different locations I went here I saw someone Spraying down the saunawith a chlorine mixture which is the proper way to clean it this is good because what saunas typically have to be cleaned properly in order to not getindividual sick. The price is a little expensive for this Gen. $34 a month is what I was quoted and there was no wavering from that price.

I was there on vacation got a 7 day pass and was able to do yoga one day, aerobics the next, and aqua yoga another day. Lots of cardio, and strength training options, friendly staff.

Best bag for the buck, excellent facility, towel service very clean, great staff. Wish I lived closer. Love the steam room!

Great place to get your sweat on, has numerous classes, pool, aquaticaerobics, spinning, massages, sauna, yoga, Pilates. And its a reasonable cost considering all that is offered. And it opens at 5am-9pm Monday - Friday, 7am -5pm Saturday and Sunday.

We did a week try and the gym and we liked it.. Except one problem they have only one stretch machine and its very old and outdated. I told them about my concern! If they put one in the gym our family would join the gym. Their cost would be like maybe $500 but they said NO!! See being a wellness center you should have up to date stretching machines available to prevent injury. Which should be a big concern for your customers....This is why I put one star!
