Boats dirty and broken every time we rent them and they do nothing to make it right. Paid for most expensive boat with biggest motor and it tops sped is 15mph, drivers seat falls off, trim broken. Will rent somewhere else next time.

I went to rent a boat here on vacation, all excited for our family to have a boat while on vacation. We get there and the person tells me I have to have a drivers license. I said I had misplaced mine but I have a photo copy and a passport for an ID. Which you only need a ID to rent a boat in Florida. He gave me a hard time, them called the owner he said no to. Im 44 passed the age of safety boating requirement and I have a passport ID which is all you need. What a joke and a bummer. I would try a different company. I was able to purchase a boat a two different companies close by. Thanks Gulf coast rentals!

Wonderful place to rent from. Friendly and knowledgeable staff took the reservation. On the day of the reservation. They explained how to operate safely. Once returned, they took care of everything. We had a great time. We will definitely be back.

This is the place to go for pontoon rentals, hands down the best. Close to the best spots like Sanibel Island and the staff is awesome. We had Gary and he is the friendliest guy ever.

What a great location, you can cruise the canals, the Caloosahatchee or go the beaches of Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach. We truly enjoyed the staff, who are courteous, helpful and friendly. The boats are new or late model, fully equipped and a joy. We ended our day with a meal at Rumrunners which is adjacent to the Rental Docks. Just go to Cape Harbour and find them behind Rumrunners Restaurant.

What a fantastic way to create memories with your friends and family! Harbour Rentals is top notch! Pricing is very reasonable and their customer service is phenomenal -- so many options to create a great experience on the water! We had our excursion planned with the catering option -- couldnt imagine a nicer assortment of well prepared food! We were able to experience dolphins jumping up along the boat with us, ending our day with a gorgeous sunset! The crew is from the area - they know all of the secret spots to spend the day. Definitely plan on booking with Harbour Rentals to create amazing memories!!

The staff seems very nice and it was very easy to rent and coordinate with a captain to drive our boat, although the boat seems like it has seen better days.. it was ok but not what I expected

I rented a pontoon with my family to see the mangroves around Coral/Pine.The Bad:This was the ugliest vessel Ive ever traveled in. The upholstery was ripped and weathered, the exterior was dented all over, the sun canopy was bolted shut, the engine made a terrible screeching sound, the electrical didnt always work upon start up, and the anchor was caked in rust. They had nicer looking boats; I dunno why they gave us the worst one - certainly not what we expected from $325+.The next biggest problem was the advice they gave us. We were told that we could go anywhere we wanted, in this dinky bi-toon (with certain exceptions here and there). This was NOT true at all; we got our @#$ kicked out on the main channel, which is kind of essential knowledge for newcomers to the area. The tin can could only reach a max speed of 10 mph, and we took on water with every wave we took. It was a scary experience that made us want to quit early.The Good:The guy was at least *friendly* when he gave us the worst advice and worst boat ever.The Verdict:The way this place treated us, we got the impression that this is one of those take the dumb tourists money kind of places. I cant recommend this place to anybody. If this is their first bad review on Google, believe me when I say that I take no pleasure in doing so.

We had a fantastic afternoon on one of the Pontoon boats from Harbour Rentals in Cape Coral. They have a good selection of boats. Everything was meticulously clean. Another nice thing is if you dont know how to drive the boat, they have people who will drive it for you. Other services include catering so you dont even have to bring your own food, you can order it from them. Everything weve tried that Chef Joe made was tasty. We would definitely recommend. Hope to go out on one of their boats again next time we are in the area.

Such a great experience! We Took the 26’ pontoon out with 5 adults and 3 kids under 5. The boat was clean with plenty of storage. It was the perfect social distance family day on the water, especially with the younger kids. They had plenty of room to safely move around and play. The crew guys were also great to deal with. They were really Efficient and friendly in helping us load and unload the boat Quickly and safely. Can’t wait for our next adventure. We will definitely be using Harbour Rentals again!

Nice Marina with well maintained fleet of Boats and a great staff!I have rented pontoon boats from these guys twice now.Once for the 2019 4th of July, and most recently a week ago (Sept 2020) when a friend came into town to visit.For the July 4th Holiday they were entirely booked, but they allowed me to put my name on a waiting list. July 3rd they called me and said someonehad cancelled and the pontoon was all mine if I wanted it.So we spent the 4th of July anchored off of Sanibel Island!I had a friend come into town last minute and I figured I would show him around the waterways. I walked up to their little Tiki-hut office where I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Damon.He was very personable, professional, and a big help.I reserved a pontoon boat for the very next morning!Damon was at the docks waiting for us at 8am sharp!He gave us the run down, the precautionary measures, and had us out on the water in no time. We spent the next four hours circling the entire Island of Sanibel starting at the lighthouse and wrapping all the way back around through Redfish Pass! It took all 4 hours and it was a blast!Harbour Rentals is legit.

We rented a pontoon boat. They are in excellent condition compared to most other rental boats we have used for a little better price. Gary and Bonnie provided excellent service when we returned and were easy to work with. The location in Cape Harbor was very convenient for going out to the river or gulf.

Such a wonderful experience out on the water thanks to harbour rentals! The pontoon that we rode was nice and clean and there was plenty of room for everyone! We are From Miami and never experienced better service than this! We reserved the Boat for 7 the day before and the morning after everything was ready as agreed we where late and Gary drove up in a golf cart so we don’t walk with our cooler and stuff. They allowed us to navigate wherever we wanted and the boat ran great! Very reliable people and boats. The Gas was so cheap I could not believe it. The restaurant there is also a perfect place to hang out when you get back. Very family friendly. I will recommend these guys as a must do to everyone in the east coast. In these hard times this is the perfect family vacation. Everything is sanitized before you arrive. !

My family and I had the best time ever! We rented boats and got the ultimate VIP experience...we got picked up in a hummer, then we got a private tour on golf carts of Cape Harbour, finished each day on the boats!!! Great time with friends and our young kids. The boat was ready when we got there, ran great, and was easy to maneuver. The dock hands made take-off and return a breeze. They also helped with some basic knowledge of the nearby waterways.

Harbour rentals is a great company to rent a boat from. Our boat was very well maintained, very clean and had great music speakers to play music from. The staff is very friendly. Dennis the owner is extremely nice and Gary is a great tour guide and driver. Would definitely recommend.

Ok, so where do I start? I vacation to Florida a minimum of twice a year. While visiting we always like to rent a boat, or water sport of some sort. I have been to many establishments and nothing as far as price and customer service beats HARBOUR RENTALS!!!!My husband and I have made an appoint to visit cape coral solely because of our experience at harbour rentals with a gentleman by the name of, Damon.We could not get over his positive energy and passion with extensive knowledge for his job!People who extend customer service to his pedigree are non-existent thats why we thought he was the owner. So my boys and I were passing by and stopped to fuel up. That guy Damon totally helped is out with everything we needed. Not to mention he was a really funny dude. He even mentioned a couple good place to fish which totally helped us out. I think that might be our new place to fuel up before we go out.

It was my first time using a jet ski and they did a GREAT job guiding me through the whole process. The ride was smooth and FUN! I will most definitely be using their service again!!! :D

I’m an expert boater, I came down from Cleveland and had the best experience renting from Harbour rentals. Claire walk us through all the health and safety tips better than I could imagine. I was with my grand-baby, daughter and mother and we felt safe with her education and not knowing those waters . She explained the waterways so professionally!
