So originally I posted 5 stars bc the service was great! The guy that came out was nice and I thought was very informative. The price for service that was “recommended “ was 2200.00! With a price tag like that, I needed to get a second opinion... thank God I did.. we called the original place that put our unit in.. Guess what... he said we DID NOT NEED ANYTHING except a maintenance plan to just make sure things were running smoothly! ALWAYS get a second opinion!!!

Magnificent Air is magnificent. Oscar was very polite, explained everything he was doing, and answered all my questions. I will never use another AC service.

They will tell you they know what they are repairing then keep making up things for different expenses along the way even if you dont need them. Wasted my time and money for them to not even do any actual repairs so I got a refund which was still about 300 short. Overall terrible experience.

Never been to there company. I had to look them up because one of there employees stole 800 from me behind some AC equipment he never gave me. In the name of jesus I left it alone and I wont mention his name because he has kids to take care of. But God does not like ugly. Trust me I been there, Besides that I heard bad things about this company from there employee. But i still give you a five star without any hate or service. Only love. Everybody needs to improve there self or business. Seek jesus first. One people! One faith! One nation! One God!

Amazing service. Ralph and David were outstanding and supper nice. I had my ductwork replaced last year with a different company and I did not have good flow throughout the house. After Oscer showed me what the prior company did not do corecttly he was able to have Ralph came the next day and fix everything thing. Ralph was here for 12 hours and would not leave until it was done right.

Was on a maintenance contract with them for 2 years. Initially the tech was very professional but the one that serviced and tried to sell me new units or expensive repairs that were not needed last week was very unprofessional. I was smart enough to get a second opinion which completely went over my units and other then a little age are running as they should be. Hate being lied to and there tech did several times.

Earl and I (Lisa) were getting gas and checking under the hood. . I was pumping gas and Earl was checking under hood. Earl began to struggle with the hood bracket. We were at 7-11 at Solomon and Colonial and all of a sudden a magnificent young man came to our rescue and freed us from hood attack. Would not take a tip from us THANK YOU!!!

Just had a maintenance performed their technician jeremy was very professional and detailed I couldn’t get in the attic so he took my phone up and took pictures of all the issues I will be using this company again

Today, I had my biannual maintenance check, which had been postponed for a while.My technician was Roger. He was extremely professional & very knowledgeable . Roger answered all of my questions & concerns, realizing that because of my husbands failing health, I was now in charge of running our household! He gave me a detailed report on our AC system and gave it an A+. He also pointed out how /when I should change my filters, ideal thermostat settings, etc. After he left, I was feeling so positive about life!I cannot say enough good things about this man who walked into my life today. I definitely will request that only Roger service my AC from now on.

We had MA for a few years now. They have always been fair with us. Believe me I pump them full of question. Their answers have always been honest. I research their info very thoroughly. Sometimes it may seem like your getting ripped off due to the pricing and added parts. These parts are designed to make your unit run easier therefore have a longer life span.Right now they have my vote for one of the top 5 in Bonita Springs, Florida.

Got Home from lunch on Mothers Day and it was 81 degrees in the house. Called and they had a Technician out in a timely manner. Technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. Great service at a fair price! Have used before and will definitely use again!

Air went out late Sunday afternoon, I called anyway. My call was returned very promptly! Ralph was at my home very quick and had it up and cooling in no time!! Thank you Magnificent Air!!

Job # 3675501---The Magnificent Air conditioning service man,who came to our house whose name was Oscar, was an excellent person who went above and beyond what he had to do to find a leak in my attic in a water pipe that was ruining my dining room ceiling. Oscar did a wonderful job in locating the leaking pipe and giving that information to the plumber so he could fix the problem. My wife and I are very grateful to Oscar and Magnificent Air conditioning Co. is fortunate to have such a responsible and outstanding employee as Oscar.Pascal and Lillian Daniels

BEWARE! This company will scam the elderly. My mother trusted this company for she had used them for years. They came out to clean her air ducts . Her bill was THREE times the dollar amount a reputable company would of charged. They included items in the cleaning that was not needed just to rack up the bill without explanation. My next letter will be to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Kevin did a great job with venting for our remodel projects. Well come to find out we need help from the company/ hope they make it right. I need to update this... it seems that a product they used lee county permit didn’t approve.. we called m air.. they stopped by Friday but never called us back..and permit is due tomorrow. Still ok call back from m air.Apparently, the vent their company did permitting said was not to code.

I was told that we needed to replace our duct work that would cost $3600. Second company told us we did not need to do that and proved it!

Beware! They installed a UV light wrong on my ac unit in January. Cost $450. Had to pay someone today to relocate it so it actually works!

This company constantly calls my home to solicit work. They are scam artists. No legit business like theirs buys phone lists to call and drum up work.

If there was a Zero stars rating that is what this company would get from me! The company gave me a written estimate for replacing and air handler unit for a clients home purchase. After 2 weeks of assuring me they could make sure the work was done on THE DAY OF CLOSING they called me at 8am (My clients appointment was scheduled for 1 pm) saying that they could NOT PERFORM the work, unless my client paid them another $2,100.00 for a system because they could not match the system... To be fair she (The Owner), did give me a second option.... The second option was worst than the first... She would put in a USED Unit with no Guarantee that it would work when they were finished for the same price.... This company used to be Veterans Heating and Cooling, they closed and changed names to Magnificent Air.... NOW I KNOW WHY!!! I would say do yourself a FAVOR and CALL SOME ONE ELSE.....
