Ordered trailer hitch for installation.Drove to store at scheduled installation time.Was told they didnt have any installations scheduled, that my hitch had never arrived, that my hitch had never even been shipped from the warehouse, and that there was no ETA for it ever shipping or arriving.Now I have no way of getting this done before our move date.The very least they could have done was to warn me that they never bothered even to ship it to the store!!!The employee was as nice as could be. It was the Warehouse that never bothered to ship it. The store should still have bothered to call me to let me know they were completely failing to fulfill their sale!

I recently had a billing issue caused by a misunderstanding on my part and the automated U-Haul billing system. Things like this happen but what matters is how its handled. Luckily for me, the employees at this U-Haul location took care of the issue quickly and painlessly. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Run away! Spent 4 hrs here getting a hitch installed. One trained person in the store trying to do it all. Never again.

I rent a trailer from them 4-5 times each spring, and never have any issues. Always quick, and helpful.

Outstanding experience having a hitch installed on my Acura MDX. The hitch I purchased online from Uhaul was on back order and Hailey (manager at this location) kept me updated on its status. Once in stock I made a 9am installation appointment at this location. Hailey had me in and out in about 20 minutes. Terrific service!

Went to get a Class A hitch installed on my Subaru Impreza Hatchback for my bike rack. I also purchased the hitch from Uhaul. I called and made the reservation, and the woman on the phone was very friendly in helping find the right hitch specific for my car and scheduling the installation. The hitch took 5 days to be delivered at the location. A week later I went in for the installation and they were able to do it in a little over an hour. The hitch also comes with a warranty, which gives me peace of mind. I installed my own bike rack and it’s been great! I would certainly recommend this Uhaul location for this service! Also very economical. I paid $200 for the hitch and installation service, but it varies based on your car and hitch class.

Officially done with this place. I though I would give them one more chance but once again they disappoint. I showed up 5 minutes before closing For a simple propane refill and while doors were open and no closed signs were posted they guy comes out and tells me they’re closed. This is the 2nd time they have let me down. The first time I had a reservation for a moving truck and they did not have the truck on site and I had to drive to another location 30 minutes away to pick up a shorter truck and they made me return it to the same location. Horrible customer service on both occasions....

Lies, lies and more lies. This location is dishonest and rude. Customer service is poor. Be aware of hidden charges they will apply after drop off. Cleaning fees, after hour drop off charges. Manager Hailey couldn’t care less about taking care of customers. Stay away and use another location.

The woman working there was nice and friendly enough. We had issues with the younger guy Tristan who has a strange authority complex.He is rude, short, and patronizing. Very unpleasant to deal with, and he took his job so seriously it made me feel super weird to talk with him about anything we needed.I would never go backI wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this location

Propane is $0.50 more per gallon than at Tractor Supply.

Awesome service! Called to schedule an electrical harness installed. We got there and corp office scheduled without letting the branch know if there was an open time. The GM at this location was great and did the install for us even though he was scheduled to leave.

I dont know who is the manager of this place, but is a a tall guy working there very aggressive . only thing i can remember he got one teeth missing and bad teeths. very rude i will never comeback for nothing to this location .

We have had a couple storage units here for several years and rented many U-Haul trucks with no problem. The female manager here has always been wonderful to do business with. However, after our experience with our latest U-Haul truck rental with one of their employees, James Hubbard Jr, we will never use this location again. Ive never dealt with such an incompetent human being in my life. Not only was he rude, but he even tried to state that we stole one of the blankets out of the truck. As for the manager of this location, I highly advise that if you are to keep loyal customers, that they dont have to deal with James Hubbard Jr. He is going to be the downfall of your business.

Dirty trucks when you pick them up, then they try to charge cleaning fees for returning the truck. Manager is rude, staff even more so. Horrible UHaul location, others in the area are much better. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

I dont know about the U-Haul part, but I go there to get my barbecue gas tank filled. Unlike many places around, they top up the propane tank and charge you only for the gas filled. And they dont gouge you either. Topped up 2 lbs today at $2.30 per lb.

Was no not well maintained. I have an upstairs climate controlled unit. It has not been maintained. Temperature always high. I have pictures of thetamp gauge. It cost more for a climate control. Im paying for nothing. Made complaints. Nothing done. Humidity is high. Ceiling tiles fall out then lay there for over a month before being cleaned up. I have been there 7 months and always paid my bill. Now Im moving out on the 1st. my bill goes from the 22nd to the 21st of each month and Im only using 10 more days and I was just told I have to pay for the whole month. REALLY.....and as usual I was going to rent a truck to move every thing. Now Im thinking about using some one else for a truck. Yes the staff is friendly but offer no help At all to a complaining customer. I call the 800 number and those people tell me I have to call themanager of that facility. Some one I can never get hold of...if Any one answers the phone At all.

I just went to fill my propane tank to this place and a big guy with mess up teeth I don’t know his name, he says he cannot fill my thank because was dirty, nothing wrong with my propane thank, and them his start yelling like he want to fight, just cause I say nothin wrong with my thank, this guy is no good person to have in a business, he even follow me record ing my vehicle tag . I will never go back to this place.

Friendly staff. Clean, well maintained facility and equipment. Reasonable prices. What else could you ask for?

Renter be aware! Preventative maintenance is not practiced. Responsibility for inevitable mechanical issues are placed on the customer through roadside assistance. After YOU have fixed UHAULs mechanical issue, regardless if you accomplish your goal or not; you will then be charged for the rental and have to fight for days to only have a portion of your bill removed.

Using this storage for years. Clean, well lit and safe. Customer service always good and helpful.

Go somewhere else unless youre okay with horrible customer service and being overcharged.I thought it was just a mistake when my mother-in-law was charged an extra day just days before even though she was on time.Then when my husband had issues and had to call road side assistance the guy was VERY rude at the UHAUL store and started threatening my husband that he was going to charge him a lot more for being late because the truck he had was apparently already rented for that afternoon even though he was waiting on road side assistance.He was already being charged for an extra day so he used it to finish up moving and returned it the next day but then charged him an extra day on top of that even though he returned it on time.Something very sketchy is going on with this location.UPDATE! We purchased their insurance and they took out $600 for a scratch from where the tow company moved the truck. When we contacted them they stated that the insurance was voided due to the truck being stuck in the mud??? I went over the contract and did my research. No where does it say that the insurance is void if stuck in the mud, but to call the number provided.

Jimmy was so helpful and polite. Great, smooth experience- not the case at every uhaul place, so it was much appreciated!

Dude (Jerry) its only a U-Haul, act like you are running some place important. Will definitely be driving out of the way to rent what I need.

Filled up the truck with fuel to the level it started with and returned it. I waited for the guy to check it in and i asked him if all was ok including the gas level and he said yes. When i got the email with the charges on it they added a ez fuel charge anyway. I will be disputing this with my bank as the uhaul store has gotten me nowhere.

The guy James Hubbard Jr is terrible. He said rude things to me.
