Absolutely horrible in every way. Took my Kawasaki Bayou in on July 10 as it was running poorly after I replaced the carburetor. Weeks later I checked on it with no status. Once I went by and had it on my trailer and the owner convinced me to let him keep it for a little while longer. My mistake!! I finally purchased another 4-wheeler and checked on the one in the shop for months. After several months, I was called saying it was ready for pickup and was told it was over $100 more than my approval amount. I went to pick it up the next day and after test driving it, there was no indication that it ran any better. At this point, they just want me to pay and take it. The mean wife called me stating I was being charged storage of $300. Finally I contacted my attorney and am waiting on advise. I assume this place will be out of business by 1st quarter, so if you have something in there, I recommend you picking it up quickly. They actually stated that they installed a carburetor for no charge when I had installed one on it already.

Took my chainsaw to be checked out because it had not been used in 3 years. They said it was shot from ethanol. Picked it up and took it to a place in Tyler and they worked on it for about an hour. Called me to tell me it was ready. Picked it up and it works great.

This place is HORRIBLE! We dropped a mower off over a week ago for my mother in law for a simple tune up, oil change and blades to be sharpened. When we dropped it off they said it would be done in a day or two. After a few days went by my mother in law called to see how things were going. They were so rude and completely disrespectful! Then they tell her they will get working on it. Then 2 days later still nothing. So we go up there and after a small disagreement and telling them we wanted it back to take it somewhere else, they tell us it will be done at lunch time. They called us at 12 letting us know it was done. We go there and pay the 180 and it’s in worse condition then when we left it. Damn thing won’t even start now. 🙄 My wife also shared this same review on Facebook and the owner was very rude with her response and asked us to never come back!

Had to bring our mower back a few times, mostly because they would fix one part and then it still wouldn’t work. They finally got to the bottom of it. I didn’t realize they were charging me for pick up and drop off each time. But that’s fair. Discovered the owner has severe health challenges, which explains the bad reviews no doubt. I never talked to a rude person once.

Excellent service, fair pricing. Have used several times. Very busy, be prepared for 2-3 week wait, if more than minor service. This is my repair shop now! (Even open Sat mornings. )

It was fair pricing and the guy was quick...... i will say the stuff he put on my lawn mowers pull cord to stop my dog from eating it wasnt very effective but thats on my dog not him

If I could give 0 stars I would!Took mower in for oil leak. Got it back 9 days later with an overcharged battery, pin in carburetor turned upside-down, and oil leak still.Owner blamed Wal-Mart on the battery, because acid was bubbling out. Really?! Then lady sent numerous text messages stating they were good people and that they never have complaints. Ended up having to tell her to leave me alone.Worst service EVER!

Took a trimmer in for a tune up and a new pull cord. After stopping by several times the next several months and getting the only one mechanic story, I went and bought a new one.
