CMU is the absolute worst. I’ve never dealt with a company this unprofessional. They double, sometimes triple the bill. And after you call them out on it and pay the correct about they still shut off your power. The power goes out multiple times a month, they leave equipment in yards for 6-7 months. And they just flat out don’t care. The city of Canton is bad enough so this just tops the cake.

The bill pay system is ANTIQUE! Just like the city. ANTIQUE!No texts alerts, no viewing bill charges online, no auto pay or saving payment method online!All you get is communications by mail.

They don’t answer the phone at all they can just. Be watching it . I don’t understand it . They don’t never answer the phone sitting at a desk .

Oh Canton..... What can I say. If you plan on moving to Canton, Please reconsider. Just for the utilities alone......1 star is really generous.
