We have used Welchel plumbing for over 5 years and I would not call another plumbing company to come out to my home. They are honest and reliable and everyone I ever come into contact with at the company is courteous and professional. Even though the owner was not on site when work was performed, he personally called me while his folks were here to thoroughly walk me thru what they had found. Well well ( Get It? ) I had a low pressure issue and wasnt sure why. Called my filter guys they come out no issues there. Called Welchel on recommendations from a number of my neighbors. Holy Water Baptist these guys came the SAME day I called! In no time at all they are taking apart my well pump and find it inop. Well well do i have to wait a week for you to bring me a new pump? Naw, we have one on the truck! This is awesome!Fast, knowledgeable, friendly, reasonable, and they make it look easy.Super service they really know what they are doing. They have blown me away with their knowledge of all these systems they can build and and their ability to repair them and bring them back to life. They do not even seem to realize how much they stick out from the average big company technician. Very few companies provide this kind of Customer Service. Harold personally fixed a haphazard job done by an HVAC company out of the goodness of his heart and in no time flat. I know it is plumbing, but their work not only works but it is actually beautifully done. They are kind, complete, full of knowledge, and have more tools on their one truck than I have ever seen. If I could give them more stars I would!! We live on a well and we were without water for some time. We tried fixing it ourselves, but no luck. Welchel Plumbing came out and fixed our no water problem very quickly! Could not be more pleased with the job! Thank you Welchel Plumbing!!!

Very knowledgable about well water and pumps. Replaced our pump at a resonable charge. Treated the well water for iron bacteria and odor. Very satisfied.
