I have been using blast equipment for the last 20 years including commercial cabinets from Zero and Empire. I can honestly tell you this is the first time I have had such good visibility in the cabinet while blasting - it is truly remarkable. The cabinet is very sturdy and well built and the owner answers the phone when you call with questions - not some circular loop automated menu. He has been very helpful with answering my questions both before and after purchase and is clearly invested in making a quality product and happy customers.

Once the machine was running in our facility, we realized just how happy we are with our purchase. Excellent product! It is exceptionally well built and notably better designed than any other blaster I have owned or used. From lighting, dust elimination and performance, this is a very good product. The owner is extremely helpful and really knows what he is selling. Highly recommended. I really did my research before buying and spoke with owners and read as many reviews as I could. I also spoke to the owner numerous times and really asked a lot of questions and challenged him on price justification. All I can say is that I am very happy and seriously wonder if the negative reviews I did find are competitor hit jobs or just a handful of people who create their own problems and nothing can ever make them happy. I have owned a bad boy blaster for not even a month and I am about to just throw it away. Terrible product. I have had to replace every single bit of the blaster atleast 5 times each. 10/10 would NOT recommend. I am about to just take the advancement and switch to dustless blasting.

I perched the machine in 2018.When looking into a blasting cabinet others were using less expensive cabinets and build them to similar designs as Bad Boy. The problem I was seeing, I couldn’t find a decent size cabinet and if there was a used one for sale that was expensive and still I would have to modify. I did speak with Mark and his company has been all through the different blasting problems that others have experienced. Time is money and Bad Boy uses decent thickness materials and always upgrading as time passes. I purchased the BB-150LED-BVR with the upgrade dust collector and center nozzle. This arrived well and I had no damage even though the packaging was abused. I would also like to add that the construction of the cabinet is high quality workmanship. Since then and if I had any questions, I had no issues getting a hold of anyone. I wanted to add that I have been able to purchase materials cheaper than what I could find in my state and that includes shipping fees.

I have a Bad Boy Blaster and am 100% satisfied with it. Works really well and have never had any issues with any of the quality of the machine. As we use the machine more and more, if an issue arises where the performance seems to be affected, we have found that there is probably a small hole in a hose. Mark Cain has been a pleasure to deal with and has worked with me from day one to ensure I am satisfied with my machine. Someday I am hoping to upgrade with another bad boy blaster to replace a small bead blasting cabinet I currently have. Keep up the good work!

Recently purchased the BB1050 unit with direct pressure. LED light bar is excellent and the design of the ventilation works great. You can always see what your working on. The frame is heavy duty and well constructed unlike our old import sheet metal. We are loading it with 100 lb.+ pcs. with no problems. They would have fell right through our old unit. Mark was able to answer all of our questions and even came over to make sure we were up and running with no issues. If you match the options and capabilities, no other units available can compare for the price. Its like the Muscle Car of blasters and American made.

I wouldnt recommend doing any business with this company, the man is a thief!!!! I ordered a sand blaster from him, with certain dimensions and sent him a check for the full amount. I waited twice as long as i was told it would take to receive it, and when i did receive the crate it was packaged well but damaged, obviously wasnt damage done in shipping. It left his facility that way. I was blown away that someone would send a product out the door like that, but the worst part about it was it looked like a 1st grader built this thing!!!!!! I couldnt believe what i saw! THEN i measured it and it was 12 shorter than ordered. Shockingly enough he took that one back and built me the correct one, another month later, but this one was built by a 2nd grader. Only slightly better quality than the first one. But shorted me all of my media and center hands free gun upgrade. Overall quality is terrible. Welds look bad, paint job is terrible, leaks air, wont pick up sand, leaks sand, led light held on with zip ties. $6000 useless cabinet. I have been fighting it since June 2019. Here it is January 14th 2020. He has told me multiple times over the phone and text messages that he will get it right out and has constantly lied and to this day I have yet to receive either of the items. Now he is no longer responding to me.

The blast cabinet we purchased from Bad Boy Blasters is head and shoulders above what we were using. It has cut our work time down by 60%-75% and we still need to upgrade our compressor to get maximum efficiency from the unit. Mark delivered the cabinet and helped us set it up and understand its workings better than if we just had it truck freighted to us. Yes, we paid for the delivery but he did not have to offer the option to us (we are 2.5-3 hours from their shop). The direct feed system is amazing and works as advertised. We are happy to have purchased this from BBB and will look to them in the future if we need more. Thanks!

Do not do business with this company! OK products that are completely overpriced, some items marked up over 400%! Immediately obvious after receiving blast cabinet that most of it is made in a farm shop, poor quality and utilizes cheap sourced components. Claims to be made in the USA, but they clearly buy parts made in China, brand them as their own, and advertise them as made in the USA. Something is very wrong here.

7 weeks late, electric switches (2) were installed using self tap screws. Both were split because of this. When opened one switch box. Found parts of another switch. Instead of fixing issue they repeated it. Ive had to have both dust collectors rewired professionally. Paint job is pathetic. Asked for one color, Mark talked us out of it. Received in completely different color then approved. Mark likes to talk pride and quality. Far from quality, Ive noticed parts coming from Harbor Frieght. Overall experience was a joke like the cabinet. I Have pictures and emails to share if interested in getting full opinion first hand. Nothing like a $5000 storage cabinet that collects dust and cant use when needed. Very disappointed not happy customer.

After using my blaster for 2 yrs i am completely unsatisfied with it!the suction blater always stops up the fix mount at top never has any abrasive material com out of it and the pressure pot is always stopped up to the point we never even try any more.i called and was told it was moisture issues however i have a refrigerant dryer on my system and automatic drain valves on my compressors, THERE IS ABSOLUTLEY NO WATER IN MY SYSTEM AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!VERY SORRY I WASTED 5GRAND ON THIS THING.
