I have used InstaMLS to sell 3 homes in Massachusetts over the last 10 years. I have a lot of experience with listing agencies. InstaMLSs service is top notch but its more than that. I may have paid for a limited service listing but nothing felt limited from start to finish. They have killer customer service and this is what counts most. Andrew Hillman was heaven sent! I searched online for a month trying to find a reputable, trustworthy and reasonable service to list my home on MLS so I could sell it myself to save realtor fees. A friend referred me to Andrew and after reviewing his website and asking him a few questions I went ahead and listed with him as an MLS only listing. I paid $350 and ended up selling my home myself within 5 days (the first call I got for a showing - 20 minutes after the listing went live - was the person who bought it). During the entire process, Andrew was extremely helpful and available - even during the evening hours (up until 10pm sometimes) and always returned my calls.
