We recently used Dean Castelli as our realtor. He sold our house in Westland in less than 7 days. He was professional & extremely knowledgeable. Dean also helped us find our new home in South Lyon. Dean was such a blessing to have by our side, he made selling/buying a home in today’s market as least stressful as possible. Dean knew actually how to make our offer stand out which is so important in today’s competitive market! I highly recommend Dean Castelli!

I wish 0 stars was an option. I don’t know where to begin, this house was in ornate so we knew it may take a long time to get the house especially throwing covid into the mix but Don ensured us it would be 5 weeks, it took 12. He is very unprofessional slow to respond and even argued with us at closing. Don almost never answered our realtors calls and was incapable of answering any questions we had. I feel sorry for anyone that has to interact with don professionally or personally. He called us lame for trying to negotiate price after the inspection I am not actually certain he presented our offer to the seller. If I see another house being sold by don I will tell friends, family, and strangers to stay far away it is not worth the trouble to deal with such incompetence. Don implied we were having support from our parents to purchase the house (we’re not) and had the utilities turned off so our final walk through the home was 50 degrees no heat or electricity. I hope don is considering retiring so no one else has to deal with the trouble my fiancé and I have had to deal with. Don is a terrible realtor. I cannot stress enough if the house is being sold by don stay far far far away.

As first time home buyer, Don made the entire process easy and fun! He was truly fantastic and took his time to explain the ins and outs on top of all my questions, which were a lot! I cannot say enough good things about Don and his team- when/if I ever purchase again, he will be the first and ONLY realtor I call. In the meantime, I will be enjoying my dream house that Don helped me find.

Don Castelli was our second realtor. After a long time looking at houses with the first company and falling in love with 2 homes I was not able to get because I dont believe they put there all in like Don did. He swept me away with how he treated me and my husband compared to another realtor which I will keep to myself. He treated us like family, came out rain or shine to look at houses and took into consideration what we really wanted and even got me more than I anticipated for while still affordable! Long story short he treated us like family and did not let us get into a house we would not be happy with! I would reccomend Don to all my friends and family!
