We recently had my in-laws home pressure washed, roof cleaned, and repainted. Randy was very quick to return my call (within 4 hours is great for a contractor!), and we discussed the scope of work on a Thursday. We had Randy onsite within 48 hours and he begun his work on Monday.Randy was honest and provided many options to reduce cost such as matching the gutters to the siding color and providing paint a reduced cost from previous jobs.Our roof looks great, and he was able to provide services for areas that were not accessible. He also reported out on issue with the roof that we are able to address and repair. Most contractors would move on and not notify the home owner.He is a professional painter, what more is there to say. The paint job was fantastic.

You need to be very careful when choosing a power washing company because a lot of companies basically just rinse instead of actually power wash. I wouldnt even bother looking at other companies. Working with Wilhelm started great. They called me right away with a quote and the quote was great. Randy assured me over and over the level of professionalism his team exhibits. I was not home when Randy and his team were there. I did come home from work and find one of the flower boxes on the front of my house, upside and ruined. I also had a note on my back door with a bill for more than the quote and a request could you get me cash please? I called him about my flowers and I couldnt make this up if I tried - he told me everything was perfect when he left my house and that one of his competitors must have done this after he left. He also told me that he wasnt going to argue with me but that I was wrong on the quote he verbally gave me and that it was in fact higher.To make matters even worse, Randy left all of the empty cleaning chemical bottles in my driveway. When asked about it, he said that his guys threw the bottles away in the garbage behind my garage. I DONT HAVE RUBBISH BINS BEHIND MY GARAGE. He then literally blamed my elderly neighbors for anything wrong with my house. My neighbors? Really?!? Yup, he said that absolutely anything wrong with my house was done by my elderly neighbors after he left. Speechless. Between my neighbors and his competitors, I am just thankful the entire house wasnt burned to the ground.So while the house looks good, there is rubbish in my driveway, my remaining landscaping, and stuff is ruined. So I guess you should only use this company if you dont mind having your stuff destroyed by Randys competitors and your elderly neighbors. Oh, and be prepared to pay in cash because that makes you sound like a reputable business.

Randy was very responsive to our inquiry and got our house cleaned just a few days later. He was able to get old spilled paint off the driveway, lots of old dead bugs off the siding due to an old street lamp the previous owners used, cleaned off the brick restoring it to the original color again and even cleaned our vinyl porch roof and gutters! My grandfather used this service to clean his siding. He was originally given a much lower quote because the quote was given based on a drive by look at his home. After agreeing to pay the new price, my grandfather gave them a check while they were working and had to leave for a doctors appointment. Upon returning my grandpa discovered that the work was left uncompleted and the check was cashed the same day. The reasoning for needing to leave seemed to be to get to the bank before it closed that day. All together I believe this is very unprofessional and is morally wrong to do to anyone, let alone an elderly man.

The owner Randy brought his dog onto my property like he owned the place. My dog was almost bitten. Then he gave me a Quote much higher than the 3 other quotes I got. Instead of leaving after I told him no, he stayed and argued with me about how bad the other companies are all. It was really pathetic how he downed other businesses. This man is plain rude.

Like most people, I generally dont write reviews when Im happy with the product or service. This is an exception. I just had my house siding power washed, after years of accumulating algae and mold. Im sure people will assume we had new siding put on now. Its sparkling, as is the spouting and downspouts. While here, I asked for an estimate to remove moss on our sidewalk that was 1/4 inch thick. The price was right and it looks like new cement. We also decided to do the detached garage. The helper even pointed out a repair that we should have done that we would have never seen. Were so thankful for that. Two hard working guys doing a great job. Were extremely happy!

Excellent work. We had our house and fence power washed and it looks like new. It didnt take them long. The gutters are so clean. We had PPW out last year and had them come back twice to redo the gutters. It still did not look clean like Randy did it. Very reasonable too. We plan to have our driveway and walk done next. I badly needed the siding washed on our home. It sits at the top of the hill in the neighborhood and catches all the wind and rain. I called Wilhelm Power Washing, got a reasonable price and was able to schedule the job for the following afternoon. He and his crew arrives and the job was done in a couple of hours. They even pointed out some future cleaning that should be done and additional repairs (carpentry) that would also be needed. Excellent work done quickly and they were careful of all my wifes flower beds and hanging plants.

Our two-story home has white vinyl siding that was covered with moss and mildew, as well as a forest of moss on the roof and clogged gutters from our heavily wooded lot. The crew had to go over many areas several times, but they kept at it until they were satisfied that everything was thoroughly clean. They nailed loose siding in place and alerted me to any other maintenance issues they noticed. Randy clearly takes pride in his work and wants his customers houses to shine as a testimony to his good work.

Wilhelm Powerwashing did a fantastic job on our two story home yesterday. Our home did have a lot of mold and mildew and in addition had a white haze on the blue vinyl siding. He removed all of it and the house looks great. He even cleaned up the wood trim and the brick steps. We do have a two story salt box so they did climb ladders to the top to ensure all dirt and mildew was removed. I will use them again for sure and highly recommend their services.

Was not impressed with they didnt clean up the gutter screen they took out. They were supposed to put up new but the guy was complaining about it so my boyfriend told him to forget it.
