I placed an order with short notice and they had no problem working with me. These guys showed up early and they were so friendly.They had everything up in no time and left.They even gave us extra time. They came and picked up with no mess left behind. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family and would definitely go to them again!!!I had spoke with a place from Ann arbor before contacting them and they were the exact opposite, kept changing price and not friendly.. With all the stress of hosting a party it was awesome to have something go right! Thank you guys!!

I have rented from Michigan Bounce house twice so far. The drivers have both been professional, the bounce houses are good quality, up to date and clean. My rental this summer was prepaid for my daughter’s bday but there was a thunderstorm warning for our 24 hour rental so we requested a cancellation for that day’s rental and a postponement. The process was easy, the staff really accommodating and the process was easy to both postpone and rebook the bounce house. I will be coming back next year!

I rent a bounce house from Michigan Bounce House every year for my 4th of July event for the last several years. They bring the bounce house and set it up usually 2-3 hours before the event starts which allows extra time to use if necessary without paying additional. They return and take it down timely. The kids and young adults always enjoy playing on it. I get the large one with the pool because its usually hot outside and it helps keep the kids cool. They are a good reliable company.

We had an amazing time with the bounce house for my child’s first bday party. The kids really enjoyed jumping around and sliding down the bounce house. I’m happy that I chose this company to rent from and the set up person did a great job with both setting up and taking down the bounce house. I will definitely be renting from this company again and I will recommend them to my family & friends.

First time customer with a almost last minute party.. sent a message via email and heard back within a few hours to schedule our bounce house. They were great!!! Even got a call 2 days before asking if we wanted it a night early at no extra charge. Heck yeah!!! They were on time for drop off and pick up. Great service!!! Will definitely be using them again.

Smooth experience. Owen and Jim were very professional. Setup was an hour beforehand and only took a few minutes. We didn’t have an outdoor outlet so they put it through a window. The bounce house was clean and sturdy. The kids had so much fun and I can’t wait to rent again from them next year.

For my sons first year birthday party, I called many places to try and rent a bounce house. Many werent helpful. Michigan Bounce House Rentals were very helpful. Luckily, they had just what I needed on short notice. On the phone they explained my options and were very patient with me. They showed up on time, set everything up nicely and came back on time to pick it up. The person who set it up was very kind and respectful and did not disturb out guests. He did what he needed to do, answered any questions I had, and left. I would recommend them to my friends and family. As a matter of fact, Ill be needing one in a couple weeks. About to speak to them about renting another!

Used this company 3 times, all was good . Only thing I recommended is make sure everything out of the bounce house before they pick it up . One time they picked up like around 9am, everyone was sleeping and we forgot to get everything out of the bounce house . Apparently they dont look in bounce house before they deflate, so we lost a few tee shirts, balls . Yes, we should of made sure everything was out so on me, but come on bro, help us parents out and take 10 seconds that everything was out . Anyway, not a huge deal I will rent from them again .

Promised my niece a bounce castle for her 8th birthday party. On the day of the party they showed up at 8:30am and had it set up in my back yard in 15 minutes. Spent almost the entire day in it squaring off against three 8-year-olds WWF style, and I could barely walk the next day.At around 7:30pm they came by to collect it, and it was done. All for under $170.I hurt everywhere, but I want to do it again as soon as possible.

Ive rented four bounce houses over the years from Michigan Bounce Rentals, and the process has gone smoothly for each party. The bounce houses are on time (usually early), the setup is flawless, the delivery/setup gents are knowledgeable and friendly, the bounce houses are great, and the tear-down happens in the dark without a hitch. The prices are very fair, and the communication is great.

Great experience! The house we rented was too large for our yard, so the team made a special trip to deliver a smaller house, and a second setup trip. Best prices in town on Bounce Houses and Moonwalks! I did quite a bit of research, and found this company had the lowest rates and really great policies to work with. Favorite part of working with them was the ease in getting them on the phone (99% of the others dont even answer their phone or email/call back if you leave a message) AND the ability to make changes to the order. They never made me feel bad or weird about making adding/removing items and I appreciated that since it was for a business party, not personal. Second best thing I liked about them was their delivery service. They let me know ahead of time they had to deliver super early in the morning, but it was easy to reach them first thing in the morning to give them entry information and they came back to pick up late in the evening and were gone in less than 30 minutes (at no extra cost BTW even though we paid for 4 hours mid-day). Thats great service in my opinion, and will definitely be the reason I return in the future. Thanks MBHR

I called last minute and they were able to accommodate us. Service was great.

I paid these people, and their equipment didnt work. First, they sent the guy out to check it out, who admitted it didnt work. Then they told me that guy was new, and didnt know anything about equipment. They told me that they set it up and jumped on it, and it worked fine, pointing out that they were over 200 pounds. I said the kids on it dont weigh that much, and it was not bouncing. Then they said the weight doesnt matter, well, then why did you bring it up? The owner refuses to speak with me at all. This was altogether disappointing. I would be happy with even half my money back. There main complaint was I should have called them during, well, during the initial set up, they made it seem like coming out there wasnt an easy thing to do, so I didnt think they could get there fast enough anyway; I had to pay extra for the other entertainers to stay longer, so I had to run to the bank. Everything was happening fast, and kids parties dont last very long. I didnt have time to look their number back up, when I was serving cake, paying the pizza guy, and asking the princesses to stay a little longer. By the time that was all done, it was time for the kids to go. Id be happy for even half my money back, and the owner not blowing me off. That is the part that really angers me. I cannot even get the owner to respond. The guy who came, admitted it wasnt working properly, they tried to play it off as hes an idiot and doesnt know what he is talking about. Through their employee under the bus, and accused me of lying. Live and learn.

My friends and I had a blast in the super combo. The water slide was epic, doing the fire and ice water slide next year.
