NEGLIGENT!! Tantara was hired to deliver Radiologic Medical Equipment weight of 660Ibs to our office. Tantara sent only a driver (one person) to complete the delivery. Door Frame and wall damage occurred during delivery. Our office filed a claim with Tantara to be reimbursed for the cost of repair to our office door frame and wall. However, after waiting 7 months for the claim to be reviewed Tantara denied the claim stating our employees shouldve guided the freight and assisted with the delivery so Tanatara accepted NO RESPONSIBILITY for the damage. Tantara provided poor delivery service then demonstrated low ethical principles of business by denying claim.

The unload was quick, safely accomplished, no trailer damage and the Receiver appreciated, not took for granted my arriving on-time.

Pulled in Sun nite they have room for one truck to park which was cool. Folks here are great supper friendly and fast. Plenty of room to manuever into door. Thanks.
