Not only is their craftsmanship high quality, the staff here is so kind. I needed a pair of suede boots taken in at the shaft, and I’m so happy with the results. You’d never know they were altered. Definitely will continue to use this repair shop for any shoe or leather alteration needs in the future!

Did a GREAT job on leather hockey gloves repair. At over $200 dollars for hockey gloves new, it was nice to have this shop repair the holes in the palms with new leather for only $25 bucks. They did an awesome job and my son loves the way they feel. Thanks. I highly recommend them for any leather service.

Called in with 3 hrs left for my flight departure. Drop my suit case and they fixed the zipper in 25 minutes. Quick service, affordable, and zipper looks like the original.

I took a pair of my Jordan’s to the shoe repair shop thinking they could restore my color back. They are some suede retro 12’s and the color faded out on them. I asked about three times if she was sure she could restore the color back and she said yes, so I paid $65 up front and trusted her with my shoes. It took about three weeks to get a call back saying the shoes was ready, so when I picked them up she gave me all type of excuses why the color would not stay on the shoes. I was really upset; because, I could’ve went somewhere else like the Shoe Doctor in greenfield plaza, but I chose this one; because, it was close to my home and they had a five star rating. I really wanted a refund; because, my shoes looked the same. There was really no difference. The only reason I did not raise a fuss is; because, she was nice and showed me respect both times. I would not recommend sending any suede gym shoe to this store at all!

Did a google search for a shoe repair near me and this repair shop was in my search. I read the reviews and they were all good, so I decided to take my shoe there. I was greeted with a warm smile and had very friendly service, my shoe was fixed and I am happy gal! Thank you!!

I had a pair of very expensive brand new cowboy boots shipped from Texas. They were able to remove the weird extra pull tabs inside the calf of the boot without damaging the detail (on the outside) of the leather boots for just $15. This place is excellent!

My husband and I have had many shoes repaired by John and Janet. They have done an amazing job every time. They fixed my Louboutin boots for me and they look amazing! They restored my Ugg boots after a long winter season, and they came out great! My husband had 2 pairs of soles replaced with new color soles, awesome job! They had so many cool colors to choose from. They do a top notch job with every time.

This place is excellent. Not only are they more than competent, they are compassionate. I love the fact that they collect shoes for those who cannot afford them!

Not a fan of this place anymore. I was happy the first time I went there.. Thought the price was reasonable and the boots came back looking shiny and new. Not to mention the workers seem honest and kind. But their workmanship has not lasted, even after a second and third try. It seems like a simple thing: the rubber seal on the heel of my boot wont stay put. Theyre the ones that have replaced it twice now. This last time Im most disappointed, as it only lasted through my second 4-day trip. Nice crew, but Im trying elsewhere at this point.

Great customer service. Repaired my sandals sooner than expected and did a great job!! Just an FYI, they were Kate Spade sandals, couldnt tell they had any repairs done. This will be my go to place for any shoe repairs, make it yours, you will not be disappointed.
