I do not recommend using this cleaning service, they are not reliable. I emailed to schedule a service well in advance and I have a response from the company saying that we had been confirmed for cleaning. I learn on the day of the scheduled cleaning that we were not actually on the schedule and that no one is available for multiple days. Nothing was done to fix the problem of us being left off of the schedule when we were told that we had been booked. I had to email and call multiple times over multiple days before I got a response.

Wonderful service and my house was fantastically clean! The team was so kind and friendly, plus they did an amazing job. I have signed on as a regular customer now, and couldnt be more pleased.

It started a lil rough(had to go through twice) but, they listened to the issues and did their best to correct it the 2nd time. My home was clean and all points were duly noted and cleaned.

Wont come out this way without extra payment in excess of $50 to go an extra 7 miles. They are rude in office when we called.

I had an amazing experience with this company, Ansley came out to my home and gave me a quote and an estimated time frame and they were done before the estimated time frame was up and done with. Ive been using them for two years now and I wouldnt recommend any other maid service out there. When you call ask for Ansley and she will make sure you get an amazing rate and great service!!

This is the level of professionalism that I was looking for in a cleaning service. The girls were friendly, professional and they did a great job. I will continue to use their services as they are thorough, prompt and efficient. I hired this company to come out and deep clean my home. I was originally Quoted $80 per hour and estimated about 3-4 hours. I thought that seemed about right, and price was fair. After looking over my quote and the details I decided to hire them. The day they came out is where it went to He!! In a hand basket.. they started on my masters and kids bathroom.. it took them about 30 minutes on the kids bathroom( which is reasonable) but 2 hours they are still working on my masters ( I had already cleaned the bathroom plus my whole house prior to them coming out this week) so I go and check. What could be taken so long not that big of a difference and they have YET TOUCHED my tile floor. I even had to show them areas on the floor that they missed and where going to just leave there. I called the owner and discussed this issue. Didn’t seem to do any good. They started to do a half A** job ever worse from this point on.. they make there way to my main level and I had to keep pointing out areas that they missed that where in plain sight. They touched maybe two base boards in my entire main level. They wiped one side of a cabinet but not the other .. they did not clean the windows. They didn’t mop they floors. Upstairs or down stairs. In honest opinion I feel like they milk the hours to get the most money out of you. They had 2 people out here one was there ‘’Manager ‘’ working on my house. I had to pay them $440 for 6 hours for a half A** job done. When I called the owner back out to look at the issues of concern . They walked the house they saw the issues . Even saw some that we didn’t catch in the shower. They left sent us a NEW QUOTE. This is where it become a JOKE. They increase the price of there original price by almost double. ( NO I am not KIDDING) and then say they could offer me a 50% discount. And they would clean the areas originally missed. WTH. Why would I pay you more money for one to come back out and clean my house again when your company didn’t do it right the first time.. REALLY!!!????? That is a Joke right??? Hahah.. not !!! I do not recommend this company!!!!!! Stay far away!!!!!! You are better off to hire a 10 year old to do a better job. My 2 younger children can definitely can. They never fixed the problem.. I have pictures of anyone is interested in seeing. And both quotes.. again stay away you will be throwing your money away better of donating your money. And doing it yourself... If there was a way to give 0 stars I would ... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cleaned my house twice just fine with no problems. Third time they double charged my card on file. When I called them about it they said there was no error. Disputed it with my bank and Wells Fargo gave me money back and said its not the first time they have had a double charge with this company. Never again will I use them.

OMG they are great. I am a mother of 4 so I needed help with my laundry. They came over got my clothes and brought them back smelling so good and folding neatly. They are very friendly. I will recommend anyone who just needs some help to contact them you will definitely be happy with your service.

MHH was hired (a gift from a family member) to clean a newly purchased home, as I knew it had only been cleaned by the previous owner. I was extremely busy and stressed during moving week and was looking forward to relaxing in my very first new home. It was such a disappointment to discover that the shower walls, cabinets, appliances, and countertops had actually not been cleaned - Im assuming because these items looked clean, they were ignored. One wipe across the shower walls revealed dirt and grime... same behind sink faucets, fridge, etc. With my busy schedule, I still havent unpacked yet - I feel I need to clean each room first. Lesson learned: remain on-site with a cleaning crew, do it yourself, or seek referrals from friends. I typically do not leave bad reviews, I just simply walk away instead; however, this was such an important milestone in my life and I wouldnt want anyone else to experience the same disappointment. Im giving two stars because the company did a decent job cleaning the carpets. IN REPLY: a receipt forwarded to me from a family member confirms the named company.
