Designing my wedding invitations was hands down my favorite part of the wedding planning process. Just speechless!!!The attention to detail was above and beyond!! I always knew when I was going to get married I wanted Paper Twigs to do my flowers and invitations. (Look at the pictures to see why) My experience from beginning to end was absolutely fabulous. These beautiful and encouraging women embrace you as family and genuinely want you to have the most enjoyable planning process. I do think I’m a little different from other brides because of the fact I didn’t want what most brides do. I like out of the box, creative and non traditional pieces that you might not find on Pinterest. I truly feel that they do their best work when you trust them and allow them to do what they excel in. They are the experts....listen because most of them time it is better than anything you could have imagined. Laura, Sarah, Dea and the rest of their staff brought my wedding to life and it truly couldn’t have been more magical than what it was. Incredibly creative florist with excellent customer service. Our family needed arrangements for my father’s funeral. We didn’t want the typical gladiolas and carnations. They worked with me and my sister to create the most beautiful floral arrangements I’ve seen. We had to modify the sizes after speaking to the funeral home and they were very responsive to all the changes. They were reasonably priced for the level of artistry. I’ve ordered floral arrangements from other shops in the area because I didn’t know PaperTwigs existed, but I will only go to them in the future.

LOOK NO MORE! Style, Class, Amazing Customer Service and the place that will make any of your invitation or paper accessories a dream come true. I personally worked with Laura the owner and Jordan on my Wedding Save the Dates, Bridal Shower Invitations and Wedding Invitations. My parents gave us an amazing engagement party and utilized Paper Allure for those invitations as well. Everyone at Paper Allure are talented, artistic and down to earth people. I could not imagine going anywhere else. I was even an out of town bride and I received pictures, correspondence, PDF mock ups and even hard copies to see before the actual product was ready to be sent. It will be a sad day when I dont receive and email or call from Laura, Jordan and the rest of the Paper Allure Family. I highly recommend to anyone! I cant wait to have kids so I can use them for those invitations Thank you again Paper Allure you are amazing!

I had ordered flowers for a birthday and when they were received they we’re welting they were not worth the amount I paid it was my first and last time buying from this place. Extremely disappointed

Unbelievably talented and creative. I have all my flowers and cards done here. I have zero complaints. Very fun group of workers.

Worst vendor experience so far. I arranged to have a seating chart board and table numbers. I receive an email from Amanda Slaski letting me know she needed my chart that day to get working on it. Fine, I was never told what day you needed it by, but okay. I responded that I could have it to her that night. She responds thank you.... Really? Do these people not care about professionalism? Its ten days before my wedding and Ive had to make other arrangements. No bride deserves to be treated rudely by a vendor. Thankfully all my other vendors have been wonderful. These people are unprofessional and unorganized. Go with someone else, Cleveland has wonderful paper shops and there is always great etsy vendors!

Love their unique items and the staff makes you always feel like family. Their artistic abilities and details relative to custom designs are bar none spectacular!
