Ive used Courteous Maids for a monthly standard cleaning of my 2bed / 2bath apartment for the past year. I gotta say, each time they come they positively surprise me in a new and unexpected way. This morning, I had inadvertently locked them out when I went to work. They worked with my management office to get let in the unit and even though I was expecting to return home to an unlocked apartment and had left them no instructions to lock up after me and no key to do so, they took the initiative to coordinate with the management office to have my place locked up once they finished. That doesnt even mention the cleaning job they did - which as usual, was flawless. I cannot recommend their service enough. Theyre affordable, super friendly, and most importantly to me, do a great job.

Late 2020 we decided to have a deep clean done on our house even though we had another service provide weekly cleaning. The difference in their deep clean vs what we thought was a clean house was amazing. It was then that we gave notice to the other company and told them that starting in Jan 2021 they were no longer needed, and we switched over to Courteous Maids. Our house has never been so clean! Between an 80lb dog, a cat and a rambunctious 3 year old, our weekly service never ceases to amaze me. Since they have started cleaning they have found my wedding band which I thought was long gone after a year, an eternity ring which we though was lost (I called John and he went above and beyond and they all looked through their vacuum bags hours and hours later to see that we had dropped it somewhere prior and they had picked it up during the cleaning with the vacuum (not their fault)), and who knows what else had been found. I would highly recommend their services - prices are great, service is excellent, and you wont believe the difference once they are done. Just do it - Ive already referred a few of my closest friends and they are blown away as well.

We have hired them for regular home cleaning service for the last year and our quality of life has greatly improved due to their exceptionally reliable, thorough, professional, and detailed service. We also hired them for an initial deep clean. Our initial impression was “wow” in astonishment on how clean and great our home looked! We are still so excited and stunned at the cleanliness on each visit every other week. The management is so professional and very delightful to work with. They will put your needs first. Courteous Maids is awesome! They did a move-in clean at our new home and a move-out clean at our old townhome before it listed. John was so easy to work with on the front end, we actually Zoomed so I could show him the 2 different house through pictures. From there, he followed up promptly with an email and quote for everything. Then I worked with Alina via text to nail down specifics, and she was so easy to communicate with. Their crew is great, our places were so clean, and we will definitely be using them again in the future!

Courteous Maids has done a wonderful job cleaning my home for the last few months. We started with a deep clean and have been on a monthly schedule for the past three months. The deep clean was super - their team was at my house literally ALL DAY. Every nook and cranny was dusted and cleaned. John and his wife Alina are so professional and kind, as are all of their staff. I highly recommend their services. Their prices are competitive and certainly worth the value.

We are putting our house on the market and Courteous Maids was hired to do a deep clean of our house prior to sell. They did an extremely thorough cleaning and were very professional. I highly recommend them.

Had a good convo with John the owner and he seemed professional until I dealt with Alina. I had to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances and asked her to call and she never called!!!! I was only trying to push the cleaning back a week and I wanted to see what their availability was and no response and no call back! A month later I still wanted to try their services even after receiving no response. I was originally quoted up to 3 hours or 3 people for 2 hours of service. I told Alina my original quote and she didn’t seem happy. I mentioned I had a cleaning service I was unhappy with because of their attention to detail and would appreciate if they use the 3 hours to make sure my house would be thoroughly cleaned. It was then she told me she taught the cleaners how to “speed clean” and became very sarcastic and condescending through text. I didn’t understand what “speed cleaning” had to do with me wanting someone to do a good job and take their time. I’m paying for services I would expect them to use the full time allotted considering that’s the service I am paying for. After her rude comment I still stayed positive and agreed on a time she provided me. Not too long after John, her husband, sent an email saying I cancelled my original appt in May and they are no longer taking clients. Keep in mind Alina provided available timeframes and I chose a time and WE agreed on. The owners were being spiteful because of an issue on their end, not mine! Emergencies happen and I tried to push my appt back 1 week, but they didn’t call me back! I did not cancel. Also in the paperwork they send you via email it says you can cancel up to 48 hours and I DID, but tried to reschedule. If Alina was more professional and picked up her phone and called back then Maybe I would have written a more courteous message, but they are very unprofessional, unorganized, and unfriendly. Thanks UNcourteous maids!

First, let me start by saying that I’ve used a number of maid services before. Some were chains and some were individuals. We stopped our prior services because they either weren’t thorough enough, they didn’t clean like we did, or they would miss things leaving us to have to go behind them and tell them where to touch up.Second, my wife is a nurse and is a serious clean freak. She has seen some things in her field that make her probably the most picky person that I’ve ever met when it comes to how not only our home is cleaned, but now clean the people are that clean our home. When I went looking for a maid service to clean my home I knew they had to be top notch.I have to say that I am seriously impressed with the level of attention to detail, clear and frequent communication, and the quality of work that Courteous Maids has shown. First, the initial walkthrough of the home was done via video call to avoid unnecessary traffic in our home and trouble. We are super cautious about tracking in unwanted dirt or germs on shoes and the team that cleaned our home went above and beyond to make sure that their shoes were clean.I’ve never had a walkthrough where I literally found nothing to point out after a cleaning. This was a first. Instead, I was surprised by things on our shelves catching my eye because they were so shiny and clean.I could go on and on but the last thing that I’ll mention is that generally when cleaners come and do a deep cleaning, you spend at least some time putting things back where they belong as they move everything to clean and never get everything back in its place. This time that was not the case at all. I literally have time to write this review because everything is already done for me. They left me nothing to do but sit and enjoy my clean house.Fantastic job Courteous Maids, I would recommend you to my friends and family and look forward to having you back in my home.

I used John and his team for my Decatur condo right before my baby was born. They did a superb job making sure to clean and eliminate all dirt/dust. I can’t thank them enough for their services. We will be using them for any And all cleaning services Going forward. Bravo guys👏

Oh where do I start. I am first and foremost a person that doesnt sugar coat stuff. If something is not right I will definitely let you know. When I say that this company has made me feel like theyre a family business I know personally. I had a deep clean done today and have regular cleaning set up weekly. I was debating bi weekly but I feel the need weekly at least starting off due to a 4 year old and me lol Im a messy something something lol. Please if need in service you need not look forward. Courteous Maid did a good job at communication, planning and execution. They get me quote right away and job was scheduled within couple days for moving out deep cleaning. Since we are away they were able to communicate with us via video call and show us the result. I will recommend courteous maid for your cleaning work!

Both of the owners and the staff are timely, professional, respectful, trustworthy and help keep my family and home in order. One of the best experiences we’ve had with any service business in the Atlanta metro area. This is not an agency that matches you with random personnel. We needed a cleaning in a hurry when my parents decided to visit with little notice this week. We sent a last minute request to Courteous maids and where other business owners would have turned us down, John (the owner) showed up personally with two other employees and did a deep clean of our house. He understood the need and made it happen for us. You won’t find better work ethic, reliability, or anyone who cares more about earning your business. The rates are comparable to other businesses in the area, but honestly the effort they put into it is in a different league. This is the kind of business you enjoy working with.
