Private, members only, 24 hour convenient gym. Great equipment, clean, and very accommodating for all fitness needs. Todd is such a genuine guy and it is clear how passionate he is about his clients and gym members. Hidden gem!

Clean quiet little place. Staff is great.

Got the membership around May last year, you have to pay up front for the whole year. Cost my wife and I $425 and she got pregnant about 2 months into the membership, so unfortunately we lost out on that money. So from what I observed was, there’s 0 cardio equipment. They do have a HIIT class on Sundays and Wednesday’s but any cardio you will have to do on your own. It’s located in a store front so my excersize is done in front of windows off Cleveland Ave. People smokin out front, people sitting in cars with others coming up to possibly do drug deals who knows, but I guess that’s expected in typical trash canton. Uppity crowd with much distraction. Overall I’d give gym 2 stars, we ended up leaving and going elsewhere Equipment is so so, but I guess it gets job done.

I heard this is the place to go but do they have a degree in Sports Medicine I doubt it...
