My husband and I have been working out for the past few months with Kyle as our coach. It has been a great experience! He keeps us motivated and energized and cares deeply about his clients. Our fitness levels have improved since we started working out under his guidance. Would highly recommend coach Kyle to anyone looking for a fun and inspiring environment to work out in.
Coach Kyle truly knows his stuff! He walks you through step-by-step, and is there for you all along the way. Hes incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and easy to talk to which made working out fun! My husband and I took 2 on 1 training, but had different goals. So he personalized our workouts and nutrition plans so we both got the most out of our experience! Highly recommend!
Coach Kyle is great! He definitely has the knowledge and skills to bring your fitness goals to the next level. Coach Kyle, was able to help me hit my fitness goals this year! I was working out for over a year and half and hit a plateau and was not understanding why I could not get to the next level to achieve my goals. Coach Kyle, planned out a nutritional strategy by setting weekly objectives using an app-based tracking of meals and setting attainable macros. Coach kyle, gave me suggestions on what to eat and avoid to make it possible for me to achieve my nutrition strategy. Best of all he would research my ideas to make sure that they would be okay to eat so that I could still hit my goals. I was most pleased with Coach Kyles openness to listen to what I had to say about my ideas on my nutrition, then critique it to make it so that I could still be on track.At the start of our four weeks, I weighed 189 lbs after following the nutrition macros I was able to get down to 174 with considerable lost around my midsection and at the same time achieved a stronger more defined body type.Coach Kyles openness, friendliness and expertise made it a pleasure to work with him!
I love my time with Coach Kyle... He meets you where youre at and takes you to the next level. He truly cares about your fitness as if it were his own. Its like having a friend encouraging you who just happens to be an expert in fitness and diet. You WILL see results if you do what he says, simple as that.

A year ago, I decided that I needed to get back to the gym. I had quit my long-term gym membership in 2017 because its location was no longer convenient. To get a jump start I thought it would be a good idea to contact a personal trainer. Some research and good luck brought me to Kyle. He knows how to challenge you and equally important, when to pull back. Bottom line, I’m in much better shape than I was a year ago. It takes hard work and commitment but Kyle will get you where you need to be. Highly recommend!
Kyle knows how to get you from where you are to where you want to be. He holds me accountable. I really appreciate that he provides variety to my workouts and we actually have fun!
