This has been by far, the worst customer service Ive experienced since Ive been working as a professional. Tri State Elevator was responsible for sending my business safety test results (performed on October 12, 2012) to the Ohio State Division of Industrial Compliance, and I was unaware that they did not until the state inspector disabled our elevator (July 18, 2013). Tri State did, however, charge us nearly $500 for the safety test and cashed the check we dispersed as payment. When I had called to inquire about the missing safety test results, I was told that they were not in error and that it must have been the States fault. Regardless of who was at fault, I wanted to resolve the matter and had asked that the Safety Test Results be faxed to my business. I have yet to see said fax and have been patiently waiting for action by Tri State Elevators for nearly a week.
