I was recommend from my aunt who purchases from them and has a pretty good experience every time. I Ordered a new LG set with the payment plan and it was delivered a week ago...delivery guys were cool and the set works great! Pretty cool little business and I’ll recommend them to others.

Only one person was easy to talk with. But make sure you get everything in writing; my storm door couldn’t be taken off, delivery guys said to have someone cut fridge in several pieces & they would come back and get it. Now they’re saying it’s in to many pieces and they don’t want to get it 😡😡😡

My hot water tank went out and they were able to get one delivered same day with financing. Can you imagine going without a hot water tank and having 3 kids? The worst thing to happen...they were a life saver!

If I could give negative stars I would, as this establishment is not worth a single star. We moved to the area from out of state and funds are a little tight while we get settled. So we opted for a used washer/dryer set to save a little money. I had seen photos of many options for sale on the FB marketplace. This was the first place we stopped in. We were welcomed and greeted and felt like it was a great place with friendly folks. However upon delivery and hookup, which took us a few days because my husband is disabled and needed a family member to assist, the dryer did not work. It would turn on and start a cycle and just stop after 3 minutes. We called and was told they would replace it later that day rather than send a technician out. Of course by the end of day nothing had been sent and no communication. WE called the store and John, whom initially helped us, basically called me a liar saying he never said it would be replaced that day. So we waited yet another day and they sent a new one. So after we installed it, we started a load of laundry and heard a loud pop and smoke was billowing out of the top of the dryer. We hurriedly unplugged it and my 12 year old son helped me put it in the garage.At this point in time we wanted to stop doing business with them and just get our money back. They have been unwilling to do so, and claimed they have an all sales final policy, which they failed to point out but is in fact at the very bottom of our receipt. According to the FTC and the Ohio Consumer Protection office, we are warranted a refund based on the fact that its unfit for the purpose of which it was intended as well as their unwillingness to create and keep goodwill in the community. We are fair people but they have sold us TWO defective products, one of which has endangered my families lives. If we had walked away or went to run some errands and the machine malfunctioned while we were away, our house could have potentially burned down. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this establishment. They want your money and have no remorse for selling subpar and unfit merchandise.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. I bought a washer they delivered it to my house I used it once and it was broken. I called them it took them a week to get a technician out and when he came he said it was unrepairable and that it had been dropped. It took them another 2 weeks to get a replacement out to me and it is also broken. I have been trying for 5 days to get ahold of someone and they will not answer the phone or return my calls. Everytime I go to the store noone is there. They finally messaged me back on Facebook and said they could schedule for a technician to come out again and I told them I wanted to speak to someone in person or on the phone not through text and they read my messages and still refuse to call me back.

**The administrator of their Facebook page sent me a thinly veiled threat via their Facebook messenger after I left this review.**My housemate came here to purchase a “new” used washer for the house. Purchased one for $350 and paid for delivery. We couldn’t get the machine to work once and he set a date where they could pick up the machine. They never showed to pick it up.They issued a refund through PayPal to the credit card which “could not be completed”. He touched base with them again and they offered either cash or another refund to his PayPal account. This time the refund was successful.The washing machine still sits in the basement as they’ve not yet picked up their merchandise, which is telling. Clearly they know they are selling appliances which have no worth.
