We have been with Palmer for a while now and have never been disappointed. Our travel agents go out of their way to not only meet our wishes but exceed them. I would heartedly recommend Palmer. They are definitely a five star business !
First impression!! This is why people now book flights online instead of going to an agent. I walked in and an agent named Todd asked me what I wanted. I wanted to book a flight. I told him and I sat at his desk for 10 minutes while he said and did nothing. No introduction, no conversation; VERY poor customer service. I was there, feeling frustrated because I knew I was wasting my time, when he basically told me there was no advantage looking for a flight to Asia through him. A total waste of my trip to their office. Do not waste your time as well!

My first and last time I will ever use Palmer Travel Agency. Very disappointed!!I contacted Palmer Travel to book my stress free family vacation to San Francisco. First of all I just want to say that I didnt realize that Palmer used a third party travel agent until after booking my hotels and a couple of other excursions. (of course fees were applied for the services) At this point I decided to book the remaining activities myself. This saved me money.The first complaint I have is that I specifically asked that the hotel at Fishermans Wharf be contacted to let them know that we would have a late check in. (around midnight). I called the hotel the day before we left to verify that we had a late check in. So glad I called. The hotel did not have any note of that. We could have lost our rooms.The second complaint I have is that I requested 2 rooms for a hotel in Sonoma for one night. When we arrived at the hotel to check in they only had reservations for one room. Needless to say the hotel wasnt even in Sonoma. (40 minutes away). I tried to contact Palmer Travel and they were closed. No number for emergencies. (I left a message) After 30 minutes of holding up the line and being embarrassed we finely got a second room. (Hats off to Ryan at the hotel. I believe he worked harder than Palmer Travel)Palmer Travel did call me back the next morning. However, there is a 3 hour time difference on the West Coast. My cell was ringing at 6:15am. When I called Palmer back and spoke with a rep I was assured that Palmer did everything that I requested and that the error was on the third party travel agent. If you put your name on a document than you should make darn sure everything is correct.We have been home one week and I have not heard from Palmer Travel Agency. I do not feel that this is any way to keep customers satisfied.
