I recently began utilizing Mossor Computer services at Davies Drugs in North Canton. Im very impressed with their flexibility, professionalism, service, and expertise. The technician I worked with was very efficient and answered all of my questions. He offered sound advice for safety and security of our networking needs.Their rates are reasonable. Their flexibility and consideration for not interrupting daily business activities is very much appreciated.I look forward to working with them in the future.

Dentist who does most of my own IT but have used Mossor for me servers. Bought one in 2009 and it is still going strong. But i wanted to upgrade. Excellent service. Ryan, their technician was beyond professional and thorough.Another thing i liked was the people at Mossor didn’t try to sell me too much. I was able to trim off their quote because i did a lot of the secondary setup on my own, stuff that most non-geeks wouldn’t know how to do.

Update to the review I posted recently. We had Mossor install our WiFi system with our server earlier this year. They called to tell us that an update is available for the router. They wanted to check with us when would be a good time to provide this service. Ryan, their tech guy, is the best, very, very polite. He apologized to me for having to contact me about this service. The best tech service I have ever had in 25+ years as a dentist.

Some people dont realize that they also build and sell computers and set them up. Very professional and always willing to go out of the way to help. They have the same warranty as all the big retail stores.They also know how to work on the computer and fix it when its broke where the other big retail stores do fix computers anymore.

Asked questions on the phone and the owner ? was very abrupt. Too many other places to do business to put up with any attitude.

The staff here are knowledgable, polite, and always ready to help with any problem. Ive done multiple projects with them, and they have always been reliable, consistent and professional. They handle a wide range of projects including installing security camera systems. If you need help with anything computer related, give them an opportunity to impress you, you will not regret it.

The only place we go for computer issues or upgrades. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that works quickly and professionally. They are great communicators, too. Highly recommend.

LIFE SAVERS!!! I turned on my laptop this morning at 9am and it would not boot up. I called them and the gentleman told me to bring it over. I explained that I had a presentation that I needed it for at 5pm. They had it done by 1pm. I dont know if this is the standard, but I was so grateful for them. The manager was a little gruff but he was very honest. The other guys were very personable and helpful. The shop is set up a little awkwardly but that is really the only down side to my experience. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
