Terrible company to work for. They claimed I quit and took my van that was loaded with all of my tools then tried to charge me for said tools when other technicians took them out of the van. They mysteriously couldnt figure out who did it despite their parking lot being COVERED in cameras. Also, the vans were piles of hot garbage and the other doesnt like to fix them. Theres nothing quite like looking suspect when you pull up to an appointment in a rusty, misfiring Chevy Astro

Super nice installer. Very friendly and efficient in trying to fix a time warner error. But the call to Kevin failed to comp any of the 2+ months without service. Instead offered my box for only an extra six dollars per month, and acted like it was some sort of favor. What a turn off from an otherwise much better experience.
