My family and I have been going to Cherokee Computers with Julie for 16 years. There are two: One with guys and then there is Julie. Julie rocks! No matter if you need a computer tune up, programing, something major or just need to ask questions about your laptop or desktop. Julie is an amazing person full of computer knowledge. We would not have our computers without her. This is the best computer shop to go to in all of Canton. Make sure it is Cherokee Computers by Stacy Storage. Not the other one. It will be the best decision you have ever made.

Took my daughters MacBook Air in with a bad motherboard, the cost for repair at other highly rated computer repair shops made it cost prohibitive for us to fix the machine. The MacBook Air, having endured four years of our daughter and UGA, begged the question, repair or buy new? Cherokee Computer was able to make the repair at a cost that made it make since to repair my daughters computer, rather than having to buy a new one. Hoping this gets her through about two years of Masters in Nursing at Augusta University, at which point she can hopefully start buying her own computer. Julie was very personable and eager to help. Thanks Mark, Julie and others, (apologies for not remembering the name of the tech I spoke to on the phone Saturday). This was our first experience with Cherokee Computer, it was a positive one, we will definitely keep them in mind should future computer repair needs arise.

Had a bad motherboard and possible GPU and RAM faults. Brought it in for a sure diagnosis as I lacked the proper equipment to test it on my own. They were honest and fair in their pricing. Great business, great people.

We had the joy through a spontaneous selection of a wonderous geek. Our computer was out of sorts, and Julies magic solved all of our problems. It was just a little bit of heaven dealing with that beautiful personality for me, my wife, and my caregiver. She brought that peace and joy that only comes with a properly operating computer. Praise the Lord for Julie, who lives up to her name - a real jewel.

With the COVID crisis in full swing this little shop has became my life-line to keep all my professional and personal laptops up and running for my children to have virtual classes, my home office to function, and my wife to teach her classes online. Julie is always helpful and smiling. No mater what happens to our machines they get them back up and running. Great job replacing the screen on my old Dell laptop. Its like a new machine and probably cleaner than it was when it was new. Thank you for going the extra mile.

I live in a 55 and older community and was seeking help on several levels to master some computer skills. Besides that, I had some deep concerns about a fraudulent incident. Cherokee computer worked with me until the issue was resolved. Also, I can call Cherokee at any time while I work in my role andget assistance. Their charges are always within reason and their customer service goes above and beyond the norm. Took my older laptop in for service, the power button was not working. After two weeks, they were able to find the part and replaced it.It wasn’t two months into using it once/twice per week that I am now experiencing the same problem I had initially. Power button is not working.

Always have great prices

Owners are great but they had a technician that destroyed our computer. Pretty sure he did it on purpose. Hopefully the owners see what a POS he is and fire him. He ruined our whole experience

Julie did a fantastic job recovering the files I needed. She went above and beyond and was a life saver; I had several years of business files on the computer that crashed! This was all after a competitor of Cherokee Computer tried but was not able to recover anything. If you have computer issues, I would definitely try Julie and Cherokee Computer first!

Very disappointed with the quality of workmanship, overall care of my computer, and the customer service here. Left my laptop here to get the fan replaced. Upon picking it back up there were several dings and scratches on the top surface of the laptop and trackpad that were never there before. Keyboard was screwed into the computer improperly seated, and the seam around the laptop between the palm rest piece and computer base was well spread apart in places. Looked like they handled the machine roughly and did a hasty repair job with little attention to detail. Eugene, one of the employees, was very understanding and said they should be able to fix everything and replace the scratched pieces at no charge as the computer probably got scratched from being slid around the table during repairs. Mark, the owner (who told me he did the repair), fixed the keyboard and nearly all of the seam gap problem. For the dings and scratches, he said they were hard to see in plain sight, it was difficult to say who caused it, made excuses about the computer being old, how most people do not care about surface wear anyway, etc., etc. Neither admitted fault for rough handling nor consistently stood behind his work, red herrings notwithstanding. Then complained about losing money at this point over the $10 discount I was able to negotiate with him. Not impressed. From now on I will be taking my business to a shop that takes better care of their customers and their equipment.

I consider myself to be computer savvy, but I had a software issue that stumped me. Cherokee Computer is awesome, fixed my issue, and even cleaned my dirty laptop. I highly recommend this little shop.

Julie was amazing .If it wasnt for her I would havv never known what to do with my laptop.She also was very patient with me having to bring my 3 year old little girl in .She was very sweet and knowledgeable. 5 stars all the way and will be back .

These people were wonderful, they fixed my computer really quickly (in like an hour),I also had to call for directions like 4 times and the woman who I spoke to was always so pleasant and sweet. I really enjoyed my experience with this company and If I have any other computer trouble, I know where I am going.

When we moved to Canton, GA we were lucky enough to find Cherokee Computer. Julie helps me work out any computer questions, internet problems etc that I have. I couldnt be happier with her. She solves my problems quickly, sometimes on the phone by coming in remotely! Shes a lovely young woman and I recommend her without hesitation!

3 computers fried by lightning and insurance company made me have a computer specialist see if they could be repaired. Not only was the price reasonable and the price for transferring data to new computers, Julie went above and beyond working with the insurance agent to determine replacement cost. This our 2nd experience and both times they deserve a 10!

Julia was so helpful and friendly. She got me up and running when I was in a time crunch. I will definitely use her in the future.

After much frustration with laptop issues, I finally used common sense to visit Cherokee Computer. Julie, the Office Manager was extremely friendly, helpful and made me feel immediately at ease. Like everyone else, how can you survive without your communique? Julie made me comfortable leaving my laptop and they were very efficient in fixing my many problems and how reasonable the charges were! I definitely will be back when any other concerns may show up. I cant recommend them enough!

It only took them $99 and one afternoon to fix my laptops broken screen whereas Best buy wanted a few weeks and over $400. Love these guys, will be coming back next time Ive got a broken computer
