I found plenty of businesses on here that had A ratings that really shouldnt have been. I am totally disappointed that filing a complaint would probably be taken down. They are definitely biased toward companies and good businesses are slandered. Something isnt right but there are plenty of free sites that you can view more accurate reviews.

I called them on a business B&B supermarket because an employee there was very rude and rasict. When i called Better business bureau i think they handled the matter appropriately.

To say that we are pleased with our rebuilt porch, stamped sidewalk, and driveway installed by Lombardi Concrete is an understatement. Their attention to detail and outstanding communication began immediately. My phone call was returned within minutes and my estimate was given to me on the spot. I didnt have to wait days or weeks to see what the cost would be. The finished job has given our home the beautiful road appeal we wanted. I cant say enough good things about Bob Lombardi and his crew. They do excellent work. After working with Lombardi Concrete on my job, I now know why they have been in the concrete business for 3 generations. They put their customers wishes first and do outstanding work. If we ever need anything done with concrete in the future, they will be our first call.

We recently had Garrett Basement Waterproofing do our basement. We are very satisfied with their work. The price was the lowest quote we received, all the workers were great. They completed it on time and cleaned up everything well. They even changed a pipe direction although it made extra work for them at no extra charge. We would highly recommend them.

I recently had restoration repairs done by Buckeye Restoration Services of Canton Ohio 44706. The contractor took over 3 months to complete due to his workers being sent to other jobs. When I went to pick out carpet, he told me I was way over budget and needed to stay at $1.99 a square yard. He ordered the carpet and after it was installed, it looked like indoor/outdoor carpet and was not even a quarter inch thick. Then he could not find a vanity to fit the plumbing under the sink. This was put in last and I was not home at the time or I would have refused it. It is not in medium oak as I had requested, but in grey. the sink and top of the vanity was plastic and one piece. the sink was large so he had to cut down 2 drawers to accommodate the plumbing and sink which looks awful. this was done during the whole process, always recommending the cheapest possible solutions. I call my house the Plastic House. The 10% check that was withheld until completion by me, was turned over to Chris Olson after he send two of his guys to my house and he was screaming at me to give him the check. I found out that the allowances for the repairs were not what Allstate was allowing, but what Chris set up to keep as much money for himself as possible. It makes me so angry to think that I paid into a home insurance policy for 23 years and got ripped off

BBB helped us resolve an ongoing issue with a business when we had no other recourse. Had it not been for the BBBs intervention after I submitted a complaint, we would never have received consideration or help from the business in question. Thank you, BBB, for what you do.

What a joke! My company ran an ad in the phone book that was proofed and was changed without permission. It had a BBB accredited logo on the ad. As I previously stated, the ad was proofed and the logo was added without our permission. The phone book is currently in homes and the ad cannot be rescinded. All of this is out of my control and the BBB refuses to do anything about the situation. The BBB now gives me a rating of F for false advertisement. This is after 37 years of being in business with no less than an A rating with them. Thanks BBB for all you do for the local businesses in your area. First Google ABCs 20/20 episode about how corrupt the BBB is. Each BBB is owned by a private individual, its not a whole united group. Our company got a complaint, and within hours someone was calling saying would you like to join. The BBB is not a Gov agency, nor reputable. Anyone can file a bogus complaint, they do not varify who makes complaints or even if its a real person. Amazon and some of their bogus reviews are more scrutinized than BBBs complaints. Want to destroy your competitors business? Just file some bogus complaints on here, then when customers come to you say.. Ohhh you dont want to deal with that company go look at their reviews on the BBB. They wont pick on big boys, like attorneys, or drs or othres who should be monitoried. Just those they can scare into joining. Once again.. go to you tube and watch abcs 20/20 episode on the tricks and scams the BBB pulls. And realize, their reports are as reliable, and as certifed as anything youll read in a bathroom stall saying For a good time call . If you want to harass someone the BBB makes a good tool. Thats about it. I cant help but laugh, a few complaints down the BBB is crying about some review hurting their rating, yet they dont care about all the companies who they help destroy with the help companies compeitors. Just file a complaint with the BBB online, youll see they dont verify any name, etc. Post as Jesus Christ, their system takes the complaint and claims its legit.

I am trying to get electric turned on at an old address I lived at. I moved out and left the guy who had electric turned on. Well he never paid his bill and bexcuse we are still legally married they are taking my money but wont turn my electricity back on. What can I do? I dont have the extra 300 dollars to file for divorce right now.

I purchased a 2007 Pontiac G6 SE from JD Byryder. I took possession of the car in October it is now June 2 so we will say 9 months. They told me this car went thru there very extensive safety inspection. Well in the last 2 weeks all these repairs were needed, 4 tires (all tires had different wear because none of the tires were manufactured in the same year) 4 rotors 4 calipers all break pads and the battery. I also had an alignment done but that was my choice. With all my discounts I received from firestone my bill was still over $2,100.00 book value for the car is only about $4,000.00 and is financed and still owe about $11,245.00 I have been making payments sense October and still havent had any amount paid towards principal of the loan. I know its my fault that my credit sucks and I had to go thru a company like this. I was a mechanic for 12 years all the brakes tires rotors and calipers should not have went bad in that amount of time. Please people be ware!

I would like to report a bad business in stark county doing business as nick williams drilling he put me off for 8 months i am a 77 year old man in a wheel chair he just gave me one excuse after another. after 8 months he did not even have a permit to drill i got a company from wooster to drill my well thanks daniel rohr
