I saw Jessica tonight and had a wonderful experience! she is the sweetest and such a genuine person! my hair looks incredible! I came in with a couple photos but not set on what I was wanting. she used her creativity and made it happen. I love it so much! she was fun and easy to talk too.

Meridith is amazing, I’ve been going to see her since 2011 and my hair turns out perfect every time. The entire staff is so sweet and well trained and you can’t go wrong with any of the hairdressers!

Lori Franklin was amazing to work with! I had a small re-shaping need, which nobody else seemed to listen to or understand; let alone nail the style I was going for. I wanted someone who specifically knew how to work with a razor for long, wispy layers – zero density at the ends. It’s more of a feel than a cut. Lori was patient while listening to me over-explain my past experiences, offered her feedback to ensure we were on the same page, and took it in steps on a dry cut. I finally had the long razor style I’ve been searching for, with minimal to no length taken off! Honestly, I felt bad that the time she took with me to hammer out the details was longer than the “cut” itself, but I am SO happy with the result! She is truly skilled, listened, and took the time on those little details which made all the difference. Needless to say, I’ll be trusting Lori from here on out. Thank you so much! And Thank you to Salon 5 for working with me on a recommendation of which expert stylist was a best fit for me, they were so helpful and certainly pointed me in the right direction. Highly recommend!

Run!!!!! It is absolutely disgusting inside! The owner tries to make it a boutique feel but it looks like someone’s basement! I go every 5 months, and every night before, my appointment gets canceled. I can’t make this up! I literally finally just gave up. The owner is rude when you ask for help trying to get an appointment once yours has been canceled.

Lynsey did an excellent job with a formal style for my wedding! She made me feel very comfortable throughout the process and was very kind. I would highly recommend her and this salon for formal styles in the future.

Loved the haircut, but the blow dryer was to hot which irritated my scalp afterwards. Didn’t have the experience everyone wants when they go to the salon. Hairstyles to client connection was poorly. Even though I like the haircut, I don’t think I will go here again.

I havent yet been to Studio 5,but I have heard lots of great reviews from friends. I have made appointments for myself and my two daughters and Tracy the front manager is a awesome Lady. She had a lot of patiences with me while I kept asking a lot of questions and kept her on the phone for so long. I cant wait for our experience at Studio 5. I will update my review when our appointments are done. I have a great feeling that all will go well!

I went to studio 5 for a body massage and facial, I will kick myself for not remembering the ladies names who serviced myself and my fiance! They did an amazing job! Very professional and made our first time experience one we will never forget. I cant wait for my next appointment. I have never felt so relaxed in my life! He enjoyed it as much if not more than I did. They explained the entire experience before we started to make us comfortable, definitely one for your bucket list if you have never done it. I have referred several people here and will continue to do so.

I scheduled an appt. for a trim with Lynsey a designer stylist. I had a previous appt. with her and she did a great job. Hence why I made a return appt. for a trim. The studio was informed that I had extremely curly hair and that I needed someone with experience for my style and texture. Unfortunately Lynsey wasn’t available so they scheduled me with Whitney. I specifically told her to not touch the length. She informed me that she would only take off a little. You can see by the photos from not even a few weeks ago she took off way more a little. There are before pictures to make the comparison. Unfortunately I would have stoped her if I could have seen myself in the mirror due to me being spun around. I asked made sure to mention a few times about the length not being touched during the trim and she assured me that she wasn’t touching the length. After finishing the cut I told her to much was taken but it was too late. I ended up calling back after I left to make a complaint and was told I cannot get a refund and that I would receive a credit towards my mother’s next hair cut because I will not be returning. With the poor execution of my hair, she will also not be returning. Company policy states I can not get a refund, but with a 20 dollar haircut, I find that to be a bad business practice for such a small amount. Unfortunately this experience with Whitney has left us with the decision to not return to the salon. It’s unfortunate because my experience with Lynsey was great and my mothers experience was great also. When I confronted someone over the phone I was met with a negative attitude, also she insulted my intelligence by stating I had not been to school for hair, essentially telling me that my knowledge of how to give a proper haircut for my hair is irrelevant. The bottom line is she did NOT do as I asked. She did what she saw fit.Photos are before and after.

Ive been going to Salon 5 Studio in Canton now for almost 2 years. I found Lyndsay after Salon Gloss in Woodstock botched my hair for the 3rd time. Needless to say, Lyndsay is professional, consistent, and knows what she is doing AND she is less expensive. Love, love, love this studio!

I have been using Studio 5 forever ... and I have used several stylists at the salon because truly they are all fantastic. I now use Blair Jones Duncan for all my color and hair cuts and I have never been happier with how my hair looks. I get many random compliments just walking through places from folks I dont even know. She is the BEST! I recently had a Brazilian blowout from Blair and it was the best thing I could have ever done for my hair. Blair and Studio 5 is fantastic!!!

I wanted a trim, mainly for my layers so I told my stylist to leave as much length as possible and just trim it. She gave me a totally different style - without many layers. I told her I needed layers in there so she cut so much hair now it is impossible to fix. I have a business function in 3 weeks which was the reason I was getting my hair cut and my hair looks awful. The person who cut my hair is probably a good stylist if she could only listen. I will never go back there again!!!

I gone to this salon several times and always had great experience till this last time. I drive all way from euharlee to this salon bc i like them that much. My last visit was scheduled at 5. For cut and highlights. I was not asked if it be full or partial. I get there and find out it scheduled as a partial. Not my fault they didnt do their job when scheduling ! Stylist was on we can do full no problem. She did low lights right against my head in a way i have never heard of instead of the right way. But she got me out the door at 705 which was very fast. Did not clean the hair color off my face or anything. The chemical smell was so strong for 2 days and i never left there smelling like chemicals! My head burned for 2 days and my hair looked like straw and burnt. I requested to see the owner who never even saw me instead the same person that did my hair is who they had to check my hair. She claims its dry not burnt and gives me a mask. That seem to help with that issue but i have orange hair not blonde!!! I will be calling again and this time i hope the owner will step up and check my hair! And correct the color its awful! So at the moment i no longer recommend this place bc what was done to my hair and charged me $150 is unacceptable! I hope they make it right bc i really like this place

I went in for a simple trim, adding a little shape to my layers. Toria was my stylist and she did a wonderful job! Very polite and open to any personal suggestions I came in with. I had one desire and then let her take away the cut with her artistic abilities. I had been to Studio 5 once before and wasnt thrilled with the stylist I had (moreso because of her attitude than anything else). I made sure to request someone else and I am more than happy with the stylist that I was scheduled with. When I return in 6-8 weeks, I will be sure to specifically schedule with Toria! Thanks girl!

The chair I was directed to use for my pedicure did not work on the upper back only the lower back.When asked about the chair they tried to push the buttons, and concluded it was not working. They said sorry. I asked for a discount, and they told me they can only discount the next visit.

I do not recommend this salon to anyone, they stole $650 from me and tried to give me a product that I did not purchase, I asked for 22inch extensions, paid for them and when they came in they are 19 inches long and did not even match my hair at all after I did a color match where the stylist chose the shade and now the manager refuses to give my money back and I am completely disgusted with my experience and I will never reccomend anyone else to such a scam thieving salon
