Was here for my cousins wedding, the venue was so pretty and all the staff was so nice! Loved the outdoor rooftop area. Definitely a perfect venue for a wedding.

The Metropolitan Centre is a downtown gem. The modern renovation of the building mixed with the historic charm of the ballroom creates a wonderful dynamic. That Little Italian Kitchen is the official caterer of the Ballroom and offer affordable lunches Wed-Fri during the work week. As far as events go, there is a lot to offer. They host everything from corporate events to weddings.The elegant and ornate ballroom seats up to 300 and includes a full stage with lighting and sound capabilities. There is a photographers balcony and bridal party sitting room overlooking the ornate woodwork and classic chandeliers of the historic ballroom.The atrium and full service bar opens up to about 150 guests and would be the perfect space for your corporate events. Mike and Therese have always been so kind and accommodating for meetings and social gatherings.During the nicer nights in Ohio, there is a gorgeous rooftop patio that serves about 165 guests. The atmosphere is spectacular and the view of the historical arts district is one to see.

People are still raving about the food at our reception and how beautiful the location was. Mike, Therese, Ashley and their whole team did an awesome job! We are extremely thankful to have found this wonderful location for our big day.

Was considering it for my wedding reception. Decided to go elsewhere.

We hosted a retirement party here for 75 guests, and it was incredible! The food was awesome! The venue was perfect! The service was wonderful! The parking and accessibility was great! And the pricing was a good value for all that we got. We received dozens of fantastic compliments from our guests. I definitely recommend it!! In fact, we loved it so much, were planning another event there!

My daughter and son-in-laws wedding ( ON THE ROOFTOP AMAZING ) & reception was held on Aug 24 2019 and I would like to commend Teresa and Mike for all their help with the reception planning! Also, the staff did an excellent job of setting up the venue and staying on top of everything to keep our guests comfortable! The FOOD WAS DELICIOUS !!!! and the !!!! Staff were upbeat and friendly, which was nice! After the reception, members of the staff were very helpful in assisting us I appreciated them ! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Was rude when I called to ask about pricing I asked how much it would be for a birthday party and he said it would be too expensive and I said oh OK and he said it would be $1000 do you still want to and I said oh no thanks and he said yeah that’s what I thought and hung up and I would’ve paid $1000 but I could tell how rude he was from the beginning when he just expected that it was too expensive for me!

Met my future husband on a blind date here 6 years ago. 3 years after we met, we married here as well. Beautiful venue, on the pricey side though.
