I went there and she told me my problem and she is very knowledgeable about convertible tops and actually I liked it a lot there I just couldnt get my my top gun because of the problems I have with it but its not miss Pattys fault she did everything she could to help me

BUYERS BEWARE!!!This shop does a very poor rushed job on all their work. I brought my 2003 mustang in June 2019 for a new convertible top, front and back. It is now June 5 2020 and there are 2 holes at the bottom of my convertible top where the glue is no longer sealed.Patty took 2 weeks longer than expected to finish my top as well, she completely lies about her estimated times and quality of work. She told me this top would last between 8-9 years before any damages would occur.I recently reached out to her and she said there was nothing she could do. She then hangs up on me, calls me back and tells me to call the manufactures, I have no way of reaching the manufactures she never even gave me their contact information. After the job was originally finished there were scratches all over my painted wing, as well stretch marks and creases all over the inside of my top.I had a convertible shop in summit county look at the horrible job patty did to my convertible top. Patty said she was putting a 2 piece top on my mustang, which is required for them. The other shop showed me what work she did, she put a 1 piece top on. So I have to replace the entire top patty put on my car. The summit shop called the manufacture and the top cost patty $238, she charged me $1,200 for the top + installation. WHAT A JOKE.... there’s a thin like between moral/ethical and legal. She will steal your money using her unethical practices and there’s nothing you can really do to get it back. STAY AWAY!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Did a horrible job on the convertible top and was unwilling to correct mistakes. She lied about how long it would take to but convertible top on and made excuses as to how she is unable to fix her mistakes on the it. Please don’t waste your money if you somehow get ahold of her.

Patty will tell you anything to get your car in the door, but be advised to have her write it all down or she will forget everything she promised once she has the car. She tried to double my quote after I dropped off my car but gave me deal for only 50% more than the quote. She will close the shop for long periods without notice and your car will sit. She isnt familiar with modern techniques/materials such as Dynomat. This is a last resort shop and if you have to go there, get it all in writing to prepare yourself for small claims court.

I was afraid of using this place after seeing several negative reviews, but she did what said she could do, when she said she could do it. Fixed two tears in seat fabric on a leased car so cant notice there was any damage.

She hasnt done anything yet but was extremely helpful. I definitely will have my service done by Miss Patty at her new location. Its nice to know that some people still care about customer service. I left there in a very happy place. I wish there were more stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely horrible experience. Quoted price, took deposit, had seats for 3 months, gave me the run around, made false promises. Then told me she couldnt fix the seats. Did give me my money back but took covers off seats and left on unusable condition. Unreal!

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I dropped off my car to have a new top put on. Took longer then was told I know she rushed to get it done. When I picked it up there was glue on the inside/outside of the top, scratches and chips in paint, rubber molding torn, and pieces missing. When asked about it she said I did not do that, its and older car and besides I charged less then I normally do. Take your beater there NOT you 1999 BMW Z3 with 53,000 miles on it.
