I really wanted to like this place, they have a really good rating and the guys are friendly but my experience has not been good at all. I brought my car (2014 Jetta) in for 2 things to have a headlight replaced and to figure out where my car was leaking coolant. When they changed out the headlamp they changed out the working one instead of the bad one so when I picked up my car (after hours) the bad headlamp was still out so I had to bring it back in the next day to have them change out the correct one (that should have been warning enough for me). Then they tell me my car needs a new lower hose for the leaking coolant issue so they order the hose and install it a couple days later. I had the car back for 2 days and it starts leaking coolant again so I bring it back, they supposedly fix it for a second time and I take it back home. A few more days go by and the same thing happens again so I have to bring it back a third time. This time he tells me that my radiator has a leak which they miraculously didnt see the first 2 times they had my car. Now they want an additional $550 on top of the $360 I already spent on an issue that didnt fix the problem. They may be good for smaller projects on older cars but dont waste your time for any significant job that needs done or else it will probably end up costing you way more in the long run. Lesson learned.

I have been here twice and find Rob to be honest and fair. He easily could have exaggerated a problem I had with my car but he didnt. I know that I will eventually have to have the part replaced but thanks to his honesty, I can wait a little longer. I will definitely go back when that time comes. Also, I like that Rob keeps his word and responds to messages and communicates throughout the repair, as needed. Wish I knew about him sooner!
