Had an absolutely fabulous experience at Chucks! Initially I needed a pre-purchase inspection on a used Jeep. They were extremely thorough and found some issues with the vehicle. Brian walked me through the suggested repairs on-site - he even took me under the car to see exactly what was going on. Then, after that, they sent me a detailed overview with prices, photos and prioritized recommendations. I was able to use it to my advantage to negotiate a better price. It gets even better - I had them do the work and they went above and beyond helping me get new keys and making sure I understood some elements of the car that I was unfamiliar with. I am going to give props to the receptionist - Maddie - who was super friendly and informative, as well as Mason who was also very nice and professional. On the way out, the owner, Chuck made sure I had everything I needed and was comfortable driving off. EVERYONE I dealt with was exceptional. I live in Sandy Springs, but am going to use Chucks for all my vehicles now. THANK YOU!!!

Traveling down I-75 during the July 4th weekend, I had a tire problem & called Chucks Auto Repair out of the blue. Chuck himself answered the phone and invited me to bring the vehicle by the shop. I didnt know what I was stepping into, but Chuck met me in the office, handed off my vehicle to a staff member for the repair & had me on my way very quickly.I was impressed with the friendliness and cleanliness of the place, and the business seemed to be run with a customer satisfaction commitment. Sometimes you can simply tell the quality of a business or person quickly, and Chucks Auto Repair deserves this 5 star rating, if not more. If I lived in Canton--or any place near--I would take all my work to Chucks Auto Repair. Ive been to a lot of mediocre, questionable car repair places in my life, so I can spot one that is head and shoulders above the rest. And Chucks Auto Repair is such a place--great people, customer service, caring attitudes--I give them my highest recommendation.

I recently had my brakes repaired at Chucks Auto in Canton GA. My entire experience nothing less than fantastic! From making an appointment on a late Sunday afternoon to getting that appointment filled by next day Monday 8:30 am and the entire job, front and rear brakes were done by 11am as they were gracious to expedite our job as we were traveling back home to NY. The entire staff that I met were absolutely wonderful, friendly and professional... Chuck and his team are fantastic and I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of auto repair... signed one grateful visitor from NY!!

I was visiting my dad from out of state. A precious repair failed fantastically on my truck. The work done previously had a warranty. I called the provider and they gave me Chucks info. I needed some major work done on my Jeep and knew it was going to be expensive. A friend referred me to Chucks Auto Repair. When I called, Brian took the time to listen, understand what I needed and quoted a fair price. The work was completed on time and on budget. After I got home, I started hearing a weird noise. I called back and asked if I should be worried. Next thing I know, the owner is headed to my place an hour away in traffic just to make sure everything was okay because I was leaving on a road trip the next day. I couldnt believe it! Who knew service like that still existed?! Im a customer for life!

Chuck and his mechanics did good work without a doubt. My only issue was that the initial quote was lower than the actual cost. This was a simple error as when they were estimating the work they missed charging me for the front end alignment which was absolutely necessary. I really dont believe they were trying to take advantage just made a mistake. I will go back there with all my vehicles.

Great experience dealing with Brian and Chuck: they got our van in quickly, diagnosed and ordered parts that day, and repair completed the next. They do multiple test drives with a second person performing a quality check. Reasonable price for an AC compressor and accessory components, and very responsive, professional communication. Definitely recommend. September 2019.

I can’t say enough great things about this place. Excellent work done by honest people. The last time I took my car in for repairs, I had just gotten home from a long trip during which I had to tie my front splash shield back on with bungee cords at a rest stop. I’d forgotten all about it, but when I picked my car up I found the bungee cords neatly folded on the passenger seat, and the splash shield perfectly bolted back on. They never said a word... that’s the kind of place this is. Highly recommend.

Chucks team of professional mechanics accurately diagnosed and replaced the transmission in my pickup. They were thorough, and pointed out that my Rack & Pinion needed to be replaced as well. I knew it was also failing, because my truck was drinking power steering fluid. Honest & Reliable!!! Was extremely satisfied start-to-finish.

I took my car to another auto shop for a new drive belt. When I got my car back, it had a squealing noise that wasnt there before. That auto shop swore up and down they didnt do anything wrong, and that my AC compressor just broke, all of the sudden, and needed to replace the whole system ($2,000). I took my car to Chuck for a 2nd opinion. He showed me how they installed the belt incorrectly with photos, diagrams, etc. Of course, he fixed the issue and, of course, now theres no more squealing noise. AC is working with no issues as well. Chuck charged me about $45 to fix this issue. Needless to say, I wont be going back to the other auto shop, and Chuck has a customer for life.
