These days communication is so important as many times you schedule a repair and either they show up late or not at all. Vladimir called ahead to let me know his ETA. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my 4 year old GE Dishwasher and promptly ordered the part and came back the next day to repair. Vladimir is meticulous in his work and takes what he does very seriously. I would definitely call on him again and highly recommend his services.

Great service, they called and kept in touch leading up to our appointment for scheduling, letting me know they were running behind, and updating ETA. Got my dishwasher running again, and talked me through options for if it continues to have issues afterwards (faulty motherboard). The repairman literally didnt test any parts. He told me what he thought was wrong. I felt like he didnt want to be bothered . Not friendly at all. In the end we bought a new refrigerator but the attitude was not professional at all.
