The lady with the blue and green hair always does my hair and she never fails me. Shes is definitely my favorite there. She brings color to the place. The shop is always clean and the staff are always courteous. Normally, the wait time is only between 5 to 10 minutes. Thats really good for a place like that. If you need your hair cut this is the place to go 😉

My aunts caretaker took her out to get her hair fixed. It was such an awful mess when she got home that we had to wash it and redo it. After she paid a whopping $21 for nothing. How is this person allowed to work in a shop?????? If I could give zero stars I would.

Kamarra has done my hair quite frequently so I ask for her now. I have witnessed people who she did before me and they have exceptional hairstyles.

The shop itself was very clean and had a great atmosphere. The person that checked me in was extremely nice and even informed me of birthday discounts. There were only 2 people cutting hair when I got there. I waited for less than 3 minutes and 5-6 more hairdressers came out from the back. The person that was to be cutting my hair said, So what do you want? She was very short with me and acted as if she didnt want to be there. I showed her a picture of a cute, feminine pixie cut and explained what I wanted and how I wanted to style it. She said okay and began to cut. She was extremely rough and treated it as if she was in a race or something. She rushed through the whole cut. It was apparent she wasnt doing what I had asked and the only thing she remembered me saying was that I wanted it shorter, but remembered nothing about the style. Not to mention she never said a word to me the entire time she was cutting. I left with an 8 year old boys haircut - with the flipped up bangs and everything. If you do go here and they ask you who youd like to cut you hair I would highly stress you to respond with: anyone other than Tanya.The shop itself if not worth the one star review, but you are only as good as your weakest link.

I went for my 3 year old to get a hair cut. There was several cars in the parking lot and a few waiting. Our wait time wasnt too bad. About 20 minutes or so. The woman that cut his hair seemed to have experience with cutting younger childrens hair and did well. She listened to me about different issues he has with a double crown and such and in was pleased with the hair cut that he got for the price I paid.

I went into Fantastic Sam’s in Campbellsville KY wanting pink hair and I walked out of there very pleased with my results. I absolutely loved Kim she worked so hard on my hair and even stayed over 2 hours after the shop closed to make sure everything was perfect. She was very particular about everything and I absolutely loved that about her. I’m so glad I found a hairdresser that I trust with my hair. I’m also glad that I have found my forever hairdresser. Thank you Kim for your hard work and dedication!!!

Tonya washed, cut and blow dried my hair. Felt wonderful. Best shampooing and hair cut Ive had in a really long time. Looking forward to going back. Great price of only 15 bucks for all that. I felt refreshed and happy by the time I left. Didnt take forever. She didnt rush through the process either.

They were so very kind. Got me in with no trouble

Very clean, very quick. Sometimes they can get overcrowded and back up a little, but otherwise they maintain great service. Some employees even go out of their way to learn customers personal preference.

I called and asked for a color and cut and was told it was walk in service to come in. So i went there and they had a long time and said they cant do color cause of time restriction so I went against my better judgement and still got it cut. They asked me to come back in 1.5 hours. This was at 3 and they close at 5. I walked in at 4:15 and they were already cleaning up. I waited almost 25 min before anyone even acknowledged me and said we didnt think you were coming back. So they rushed doing my hair and when I asked for it to by blow dried cause its January and cold I wasnt going outside with wet hair they dried my hair with their hands and not even a brush. I asked for layers and they tried to tell me the layers that were already there they had just out in. Well I pulled the hair forward and said well then why are the split ends. I asked for layers and then she proceeded to go get 3 other hair dressers who ganged up on me and told me that I was wrong and she did I fine job that I should like it. I told them I didnt and I asked for layers and a style and then I had to deal with 3 hair dressers telling me that I was wrong and talking over one another hanging up on me. I felt trapped and humiliated! This was the worst experience Ive EVER had at a hair dresser. I have recently relocated to campbellsville and will never go here agian. As Im sitting here writing this they are closing and all walked out talking about me. like who talks about customers like this, bullying them, and making them feel horrible about themselves! Woman go to get their hair done to feel better about themselves and this is what I get! Then given an attitude and laughed at! Well tmrw is the lady bday that cut my hair bday I hope she feels good about herself knowing that she has made me feel horrible about myself. They didnt even offer to fix the issues I had cause they were closed and didnt care that I hated my hair and have to walk around like this now. I have a huge interview monday for a job promotion and this is how I get to go to it !

The staff I spoke to were lacking in knowledge on the services you provide. They were friendly, but the lack of knowledge was concerning.

I went in to the Campbellsville location a young girl says she Good at cutting hair I went in with my hair not been cut over 6 months over 67 long asked for her to shorten it up 3 and I come out butchered I have no hair left on my head but maybe a 1/2 an inch on top I would not go there at all very rude she leaned her fat body all the way against me every time she come around my body move me around in the chair what a freaking joke
