They allow men to stay with their company after exploiting and humiliating their customers on social media. They think making them remove the post is enough Adam Price is on my route and when I brought it to their attention they told me he removed all posts but wouldn’t take him off my route. The picture he posted I looked naked in and he posted thinking that I was naked but nothing was really done. Is this really the kind of Business they run? I have screenshots of the posts and will be taking further action. This is not ok and he should honestly be fired.

Called ahead and the price is a minimum of $30 to drop off waste. The lady at the scale was nice enough but there are no markings or signs that clearly demonstrate how to proceed if you have never been there. The guys in the big garbage trucks were incredibly rude and berated me for attempting to skip the line when I drove up to ask if they were in line or not, since they left their trucks next to (not on or immediately leading up to) the ramp. After that display of unprovoked aggression I just left and drove to the Columbia public dump, which only charged me $15. Though columbia is a bit farther away and also suffers from slightly unclear instructions for first timers, its smaller, cleaner and friendlier. Definitely wont miss the Campbellsville one 👋

Called 7 times this week to get trash picked up! They haven’t been out in about 3 weeks now. Dumpster is overflowing causing pests and terrible smell. Very upset about the service we have received in the last month. If there was another company that serviced the area, we would most likely switch after the service received this month.

Talked with Marie and Kenna today to get my account details straightened out. Virtually no hold time and both were proactive and eager to help. Great customer service!!

Edit: They finally took the trash.We moved in to a new house and first weeks things were fine until the driver started picking up some bags and leaving others behind and eventually just straight up skipping our house.We called, talked to people who gave us a phone that wasnt even on, called again and tried to have a payment setup (we thought maybe that was the problem, we werent sure if billing was on our name or not) and we believed everything would be fine and... They skipped the house again, again and again. It has been WEEKS of calling them, having them apologizing, saying they will send a truck while my trash is accumulating more and more.I am so stressed out about calling them and having absolutely nothing fixed! I am going to call the councilman of the city because I dont know what else to do! I have 3 weeks worth of garbage sitting on my yard!It seems like theres no supervision over the drivers, no orders or notes are forwarded to them and they get to choose what the hell they want to do with no responsibility placed over them.For all the stress, the lack of resolution and all the calls to get nothing done (although they will gladly take the money) I would give zero stars if I could.

He missed throwing a bag into the truck which had a glass bottle in it. It broke all over the road. I asked if he wanted me to get a broom and pan but he said he would get what he could. Using my garbage can as a pan which now has glass in it not to mention what’s still on the road. If I could I would add a picture of all the glass still in the road ( which I am now cleaning)

Unfortunately, these clown shoes are the only ones available. Completely useless and unpredictable.

We have the best waste management at our house. They always pick up whats required. The cans are always standing up when emptied. Took a trailer full of trash to waste connection and my water bill to show proof of occupancy and it was free, no charge. You can do this once a year. Good job guys

We pay 80.00 for pickup twice a month. They rarely show up, never on the same day... we’ve even gonna a full month with NO pick up and was still charged for that month. When I asked for a credit/deduction I was told that since the garbage was picked up the next month, I still had to pay for the month it was NEVER picked up.

When they come to get my trash they just throw my trash can anywhere and for some reason I always have loose trash scattered through my yard!!!

Garbage/Trash cans and lids are thrown down, sometimes they are close to the road, or on the road.When the weather is bad, they dont come, and you dont know, if, and when they will run. Why cant they come the next day, if the weather permits?

Well, I showed up about 30 minutes before closing. The gentleman working informed me, I was too late. They quit accepting items 30 minutes before closing. Someone else came in with a full pick up, after me, and he was refused as well. As I asked other things, his reply was the web site hours are wrong. He also said complain all you want, its private, and it wont do any good. So I inquired at the city. Their response, its private and only way to complain is to maybe call the Better Business Bureau. Perfect, a government sponsered service, that is private, and you cant complain about, clearly services on website are inaccurate. Prototypical, bordeine incompetent government experience. Your hours of operation should be clearly marked. Well, how this private management, permanent complaint on Google maps, everyone can see when they pull up location.

I took two bags of newspaper and one bag of old shirts up there and they charged me $40. So next time I took garbage off, I took it to Columbia. In Columbia, I took off 4 bags of garbage and an old couch. Columbia only charged me $10. So if you can spare a 15 minute drive, you’ll save a fourth of your money. You’re welcome.

Was going to call about missed trash P/U but after reading all the reviews I see its their way of doing business

I typically don’t leave reviews unless they’re positive, but I’m so dissatisfied with this company that I would like everyone to know; if you have another option, take it. They skipped our house on pick up day, leaving it to sit for an extra week which leads to animals knocking the trash can over and ripping up the bags.

Absolutely worst Ive ever experienced!!!! Lazy, they will leave garbage all over the neighborhood smeared all over inside garbage cans. Its awful, we need to do something

Horrible company, trash man digs through the trash and throws things on the ground. Leaves bags and dont take all the trash. Cracked my toter almost in half on there truck been trying to call and all I get is a recording saying if Im getting this message its after hours but its clearly not after hours at 3:00 when there hours are 8-4:30

Had my trash out at 5 am. Got home from work and wasnt picked up. Called and was told to leave it at the road and someone would get out soon to pick it up. They didnt come back till the next trash pick up date.

My garbage man is the worst ever! He thinks its okay to leave the garbage cans and the road and throw another one in the flower bed. Its just too much to put them back to where he got them.

While I have seen nothing but outstanding curb service i am puzzled as to how I am suppose to get all my yard waste to the dump am I suppose to take a day off from work so I can better fit your business hours ? You need at least one day a week where you stay open late enough for us working stiffs to be able to use your services
