If I could give no stars I would. I made an appointment lastnight to have 1 room cleaned for $65.00. Just received a call from the “owner” stating I spoke with the in-law last night and he wasn’t aware of the pricing. I asked what the price was he said he usually does a whole house for about $300. I asked how much a room was. He said $150.00. I said cancel my appointment.I find this to be extremely unorganized and unprofessional. I’d be make sure to get everything in writting from this business.

I give this business 5 stars without thinking about it. They answer my call right away, they even called me back after me calling for the first time but the call went to voicemail and thats why the called me the quicker as possible. I pay attention to little details like those. I mean, THATS THE KIND OF CUSTUMER SERVICE WE ALL ARE LOOKING FOR. John and his team made me feel like we were friends, they listened to my needs and I am blind confident that they will do the greatest job on my carpet! And Im not the only one saying this, look at all the reviews!! 5 stars.I dont know how other people can do business without taking care of costumers.I went through hell trying to reach for someone who can help me out keeping the carpets, tapestries and things like that to maintain clean a Child care Family home.Im so exited, theyre coming tomorrow! Its been a year since we moved in to brand new (cream colored) carpets, and it was starting to have some stains. Most of the carpeting is on stairs, and we have a LOT of stairs (about 45 steps+5 landings).They charge $2.50 per stair and $5 per landing.Im a pretty hands-on type of person and clean my own house on a weekly basis, but Im so glad I hired these guys to do the carpet cleaning because its a lot of work and they did such a great job.I called Niso to make the appointment, and it was super easy to schedule. They had availability right away. Niso was the one that came to do the work. He called to let me know that he was on the way. Very professional and friendly. He even left two sets of shoe covers for us.They use a type of NATURAL solution thats not harmful for humans nor pets and it doesnt have a strong odor.Will definitely hire these guys again at least once a year!
