They were terrible, something I could have done with my vacuum! And I informed them of my concern but they said they could not try again. Just poor job. Would not recommend.

Dont be fooled! This companys professional competence ends at the website. I scheduled a move out cleaning and carpet cleaning one month in advance and was assured my home would be completely clean in 5 hrs. One guy showed up with the kind of carpet cleaning machine you rent from a grocery store. He forgot his vacuum. After 4 hours he had only cleaned the master bathroom - and not well. I know that sounds like an exaggeration. I was in such disbelief that I stupidly let him work for another 2 hours. At that point, literally 6 hours after he first arrived, the house was not even close to being done. He said he had finished the upstairs but I could not tell. The bathroom mirror hadnt been cleaned. He said he must have missed that.You may think I started with a disgusting home, but as a stay at home wife, it was empty and pretty well kept. He offered to stay longer and come back the next day. I told him not to bother. Today I hired a professional cleaning company and the whole house - from base boards to ceiling fans were sparkling in 3.5 hrs. I cannot express the level of incompetence and unprofessional service that I experienced with this company. Moving out is stressful enough, having a company screw you over really doesnt help.

E.P.S, is an excellent cleaning service. The owner and staff were extremely patient, professional and well experienced. The quality of service is superior! Thank you! 😊

The site says they are open 24 hours. I called for hourly rate and was told call back tomorrow. Rude and unprofessional
